Yzerman's Pair Doom Devils to 13th Straight Loss

ANAHEIM, CA --- Steve Yzerman continues to be a thorn in the Devils' side.

His game-tying goal with 26 seconds left cancelled out Brian Bellows' beauty with 1:38 left, and late in the OT session, Yzerman struck again with 1:36 left in the OT session to break the Devils' hearts again. New Jersey, entering the game with a 12-game losing streak, got their first point of the season out of it though.

"I really thought we'd get'em this time" Coach Delgado said after the game. "We were playing so well for once. Felix did a wonderful job tonight, he was able to keep the crease clean of any garbage." Added Delgado. When asked about James Patrick, all Delgado had to say was "Yes, he's a player on this team. Why do you ask?".

Coach Delgado continues to be as clueless as we are about how this team finds ways to lose, but this time, they might have found something. Could we possibly see some more of this "Smart, defensive hockey" that coach Delgado keeps yapping about?
