clockwise Posted May 7, 2008 Report Share Posted May 7, 2008 Using a very sophisticated method with I like to call "NHL 94 with 2008 ROM", here are my predictions for the conference finals:Game 1 - DET Game 2 - DET Game 3 - DET Game 4 - DAL Game 5 - DET Detroit in 5 Game 1 - PHI Game 2 - PHI Game 3 - PIT Game 4 - PIT Game 5 - PHI Game 6 - PIT Game 7 - PIT Pittsburgh in 7 Will nhl94 turn out to be an accurate prediction tool? Only time will tell Yes it usually is! As a wee lad I used to do demo games after school before the Flyers dropped the puck with who ever they were playing that night. Agreed, but you only need 4 games....Philly in 7= Philly 4, Pitt 3...Biron doesnt need to steal 7. Favourites are owning this round, looks like two very quick series. Should be a real good finals. dmac Posted May 14, 2008 Report Share Posted May 14, 2008 Yes well my so called "good luck charm" of predicting against the Pens is continuing, so in the Cup Finals, Detroit vs Pittsburgh, I might go with the Pens just to see them lose . Seriously though, I would take the Detroit Red Wings in 7 in the Stanley Cup Final. The Red Wings are a more experienced team and their goalie (Chris Osgood) has been terrific so far in the playoffs.
