First issue i need to address, was my being skipped in round 8. First off, no one had the authority to skip anyone with out permission from myself or dangler. Master had permission from me to skip TheVal. Secondly, before anyone was skipped they were given PLENTY of warning. No one gave me a warning before skipping me. Because my 8th round pick was skipped i didnt pick the best available player for that round. My pick was Hasek. Dangler can vouch for me that he was on my list for a long time. We Will begin working on the rom. the rom shouldent take that long to finish. Just hang tight. As soon as the rom is posted, the season schedule will be posted. and the season will begin. You can also trade any of your players for players that havnt been drafted (free agents) remember that free agents consist of ALL players in the SNES version of the game. Not that I care too much, but I thought the 24 hour rule that was firmly in place was pretty much the definitive authority. Although it now seems that most traces of the rule have been removed from the draft posts, I thought it had been made pretty clear that 24 hours passed meant coach skipped. With such a very straight forward rule I didn't think any warning would be necessary, least of all for one of the commissioners who should really be quite capable of warning himself of his upcoming pick. shaftman Posted July 29, 2008 Author Report Share Posted July 29, 2008 It was never really put into full force...we didnt want to skip people. we were never too fond of the idea. the point im trying to make is that since it was never a straight forward rule, we also gave plenty of warning and chances. And skipping coaches was left to our discretion. However you do have a point. In the future such rules will be made much more clear. and we wont be so soft I also didnt want anyone to think i was cheating my taking hasek...he was on my list for a while Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Sorry i really dont follow this statement. i dont understand what your saying about their defence? huh?
