JeffBC
My friend was listen to the Team 1040 AM radio station a few weeks ago and he said that Kelly Bates was being interviewed and he was asked what was his favorite video game of all-time and he said SNES NHL'94! My friend said Kelly Bates wanted to make it clear that it was the Super Nintendo version of NHL '94 that he liked. Cheers Kelly! '94! Bob Kudelski
He is obviously the man. Heatley said the same thing - specified that it was the SNES version.
statto
He is obviously the man.Heatley said the same thing - specified that it was the SNES version. Just another reason why SNES is better (Before you flame me, SNES -IS- better because it is the only one of the two I can play online on Linux. Otherwise they'd be equal.) Sabre Dance
Had he played in the NFL, he probably would have said NHL 94 for Genesis.

HABS
The real reason they said SNES is because that was obviously the only console they had, not too many people had both consoles and there would be no reason to buy NHL 94 again for the other one.
