    When I asked if you wanted to do the summit slide and I sent you the Summit Series 2 rom you paired up with Zalex on Team Canada; plus you being a Calgary | MacInnis fan my Jesus sense tingled you were Canadian..

    Any way I took those scores down.

    Yeah, sorry about that. Once I saw the numbers 3US, 1CAN i just figured we were playing exhibition with the tourney ROM.

    Can't really explain growing up in CT and being a Flames fan. They were the first team I saw play on TV and had no idea where calgary was, etc.

    i might say so. these have been, without a doubt, the most epic and intense games i've ever played. i was up 5-4 with 10 seconds to go in game two when sarc took it all the way down the ice and stuffed it home with 2 to go...ended up winning on a penalty shot in OT...if only this were a, rather then d, then we'd be cooking with gas

    No surprise, it went 7; added another OT game to the mix. G7 saw a 5-1 3rd lead get cut to 5-3 pretty quickly.

    Attention SNES Players:

    I have decided to eliminate the 'B' playoffs for two reasons.

    First, given the nature of the SNES league this year, I can't guarantee that players will play in the playoffs.

    Second, if there were to be a 'B' playoffs no more than three teams would qualify, which would be sort of a waste in my opinion.

    As a result, I'm going to go for an opt-in playoffs - please post here if you would like to participate in the playoffs. I'd like to hear from everyone just to make sure they're game because I'd rather have a competitive playoffs than not.

    So, with 1 win I can make the play-offs? Sure, I'll play.

    these are guys who, although signing up, have not been active in posting or playing. i'm sure most/some are still planning on playing...hopefully. i'm giving them until this sunday, MAY 17, to respond. if they do not, they will be automatically dq'd. i'll be pming them all as well, just to give them a heads up. unfortunately, it seems, The Four Seven is right...some of these guys are just bombing around the interweb, searching for something to do...sadly, they dont feel too hurried to live up to the random commitments they made to people they'll never even think about again.

    hoopsrgreat23 and I have messaged but are a little hamstrung by the East Coast - West Coast thing. I am confident that we will get our games in in good time though.

    I am an awful SNES player despite playing several leagues/tourneys. I think I qualify. There are old records out there to prove it.

    I am less awful at GENS - made play-offs of the old caps league a few times. Will probably miss out of play-offs of C/D this season but would be willing to play.
