    Since I'm still working on the ROM, go ahead and trade all you want. I'm sure that hokkee will have a team consisting of a couple yetis and farmers with pitchforks after its over...houly will want the San Diego Chicken for a team name, and kgman will be in Antarctica looking for cell phone service to get a plane back to civilization.

    once I get to the point where i need to add the rosters ill set a firm deadline.

    Right now, this is what remains:

    - ice logos

    - team select banner colors

    - splash screens at the opening

    - rosters and lines

    Hey guys, sorry I've been MIA for the last couple weeks... my schedule has me at work around 5-6 AM and by the time I get home, I just wanna chill out and veg.

    I've been working on the ROM a little bit at a time, and my apologies that it has taken me this long to do something I usually have done in like 2-3 days.

    I have an off day Friday where I'm hoping to finish it up by then, and then get the website ready to go.

    Thanks for the patience (except for kgman calling me a useless ****...hmmm someone must have been drinking)

    Anyways, I'll get a ROM out as soon as I can, hopefully by the end of the week.

  5. GDL X - Logos and Uniforms (ROM)

    Hey guys,

    I'm going to be working on the ROM starting tonight.

    Please let me know if there are any last minute team/logo/uni changes.

    I know some of you have contacted me already (Plabax, jer)

    As far as logos go, I will be using the ones that the draft site has listed next to your team. If you want something different, it's no problem, just gotta let me know.

    Again, sorry about the draft, real life gets in the way too much.

    Picks are updated on the draft site. I haven't gotten around to update all the trades on the site yet, so your teams will looked jacked up if you have traded players.

    Great job on staying ahead of schedule even without the list of players.

    Stay on schedule guys, and I'll update the list when I get home at night. I think you can make picks for a round without having it updated every minute. :P

    Again, sorry about the issues, the pc got unplugged while I was away.

    Time each page, so you can see which pages take longest to load.

    Get the start time at the top of the page, then get the time again at the end of the page, then calculate the difference and print it out to the screen.

    I do it on the blitz standings page

    Unfortunately, right now its like the site doesn't exist... I haven't had time to look into it, but I think the company deleted everything. If I can get them to re-open or at least give me access to my file before they erase everything, I could at least download all the save states and then go from there.

    In any case, there are only 3-4 pages I can think of that would be causing the issue, the awards, the uploader, the standings.

    Looks like Raph's season never happened. Gonna have to start over.

    Yeah, that's funny in a demented sort of way, but a total let down. If in fact this whole thing is gone (totally my fault guys)... we have a couple of options... use this "first" season as an extended test run to see where we need to tweak things and have an "official, official" first season after the tweaks.

    If I can salvage save states, just find another hosting site (or for the time being just do it from my pc)

    do a playoffs with the top 4 from each conference (which I'm not totally sure who was in besides the top 3)

    gimme a day or so to find out what the deal is and come up with some sort of game plan.

    but my bad for not getting in touch with these assholes in a better manner and jacking this whole thing up.

    Guys, I won't have the time to monitor the draft like I did for GDL 9. I am working most days and will be out of town on Thursday and Friday. I will update the draft site when I get home most days.

    Please pay attention to when your draft spots are, so you are available to make selections, or make sure you give your picks to someone to post for you.

    Any chance i can get an AJ exemption this season and let me draft my entire squad in say a modified 7th round? I get first 12 picks of the round, then a true 7th round takes place for rest of the league?

    I say 7th since every team will have fielded a full starting squad by that point.

    Jst throwin it out there. I'd rather be able to draft my own team regardless of pick numbers, and play, then sit and wait for someoe o drop.

    Interesting idea, but it would throw the balance of the league off and to have you draft all of your guys in the 7th round just doesn't seem GDL.

    im in but wasnt sure if i was put in yet,u will get in to,somebody will be too busy

    Sorry about that guys, right now the only slot open is Snyder's... he has been MIA for 2 weeks.

    The only other option would be further expansion and i think that might be a stretch.
