TSN should be just as up to date as all other sites. The main reason for my suggestion is that you'll never have to worry about spelling/transposition errors for names and #'s because it's a simple cut and paste (unless you have to add additional players manually of course) and it should save a lot time as well. I do have access to a crawler (for the time being) and I ran a test using TSN. This forum won't let me upload the results to show you but the data extracted quite nicely. For example:
Name No SH
T.Rask, G 40 L
D.Krejci, C 46 R
With a little formatting I turned the above into:
Name NO SH POS
T Rask 40 L G
D Krejci 46 R C
It would probably take me 1-2 hours to get all the player names and #'s into the editor.
To be honest, I consider myself an occasional player (once every week or two) but I REALLY like the concept of the updated rosters and the modifications you have made. The game is great, I only play as Florida and have only played it a few times (vs Carolina and Tampa Bay I think). Sorry, I know you put a lot of effort into ratings etc but I don't pay much attention to them.
What are your thoughts on doing a roster update for the start of next season?
