    Sometimes i wonder if anyone reads my posts.

    1- the reason why i asked teams in the same city to move is because it messes with the Data Base and could create confusion.

    2- mr. Pizza do you know how much work goes into editin a rom's graphics? changing the logo's and so on?

    do you want to do it?

    3- read the posts before you post it will help you understand why thins are the way the are.

    4-Although you are making promises. the main thing you should do is concentrate on winning the Dynast Developmental League tourney.

    looking ahead

    Ok guys first thing is i will announce all the award winners this year in the coming days.

    TRADES END TOMMOROW AT MIDNIGHT ROSTERS WILL BE FROZEN UNTILL THE END OF FREE AGENCY.

    WE WILL WAIT FOR THE DDL TO END TO START WITH ROOKIE AND FREE AGENT DRAFT SO MAYBE 2 WEEKS.

    IN THE MEANTIME I NEED THE TIME TO UPDATE THE SITE.

    IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS JUST ASK ME

    No need to be hostile sun, I just meant regarding a couple replacements you told me about, specifically the guy who had more or the same amount of games played as mostly everybody else in the league, but you hadn't seen him for a few days (not all that long) and because he had a bad record you just assumed he was inactive and replaced him. Seemed kind of harsh is all.

    harsh i am and there was no hostility meant. :P

    There is no tension , i just dont understand why you post you dont agree with how i did something and then when ia sk what you mean you dance around. As usual you take a puzzy apprach to saying something. spit it out.

    And Mr. wags there is no tension. however it seems you enjoy stirring the pot dont you ?

    Although I don't agree with some of the replacements that were made, as Wags said, results and results.

    Am not sure what you mean by that......

    My policy is simple: you must stay actice throughout the year i set no deadlines. if guys dont play they are removed simple as that. When i started the league i asked for 0 in terms of money , 0 in terms of help running the site and i didnt even ask for a thank you. I simply asked people play the games on there schedule in a pace that keeps up with a majority of the league. if one guy has 5 games played and the rest of the league has 20 then i give the coach a coupke of days to show up. if he does not he is removed and thats it.

    The reason the league worked was simple : 16 good coaches and zero patience for guys who cant keep the pace

    Congrats to carse for winning the season 1 dynasty cup. he had a tremendous season and won both the PRESIDENTS CUP AND THE DYNASTY CUP.

    congrats to habs as well he had a great year and came up a little short.

    the toilet cup MUST BE PLAYED BY FRIDAY THOSE WHO HAVE NOTFINISHED THERE GAMES WILL BE ELIMINATED, IF ALL 4 HAVE NOT PLAYED THE WINNER WILL BE DETERMINED BY THE PLAYER WHO DID MOST DO GET THE GAMES IN THANKS GUYS GREAT YEAR!!!

  18. Decision on Expansion

    Guys a really took the time to think about the whole expansion idea and the move to maybe putting a "A" conference "B" conference. I took into account that the league was split on this with pretty much an 8 to 8 split on the question. Howeevr the vets are the core and they were unanimously against. That being said sometimes the right answer isn't always the popular one.

    my beliefis that expansion was crucial to the growth of the game and the league. however i realise this can be argued against. There is 8 leagues that will be in operation by season 2. therefore its less of a priority to expand the league.

    I do think that the league could expand by 4 teams however as carse and others pointed out it may slow down the league by reducing the replacement pool. That being said there have been 6 guys on the current waiting list waitng pateinently to jump aboard. there will be no change in the format , therefor no "A" confernece "B" conference

    You guys see my dilema .

    so here is my decision

    There will be 2 teams added this year, there is no other plan for expansion past this year unless the witing list exceeds 10. To grow the game i will be adding a page called the Dynasty Dev league. It will be a developmental league where the guys on the waiting list can play each other and have a record of there scores and stats. i hope to attract at least 6 to this lesague and i hope for them to be a mix of noobs and slightly experienced players who act as a feeder for coaches who quit.

    i think this is a fair compromise and will allow for the league to continue to move quickly we have 16 great owners and now we have added 2 more be nice to them. They will be named shortly

    guys i cant please everyone i made a tough decision and i hope you all can understand im not paid to do this. i made the best decision for the league taking into account the opinion of all

    "im not sure if i agree. I think that faster isnt always better. Dynasty went by to quickly, and it felt less important than GDL and fvhl. Less elaborate, just wham bam thank you maam. A little slower perhaps a few more teams. Great league tho "

    Sebe you are my buddy but that makes no sense. i play every game trying to win i dont try to win less in one league then the other. "less important" means you didnt care and if thats the case i think you should quit.

    ya but there are enough slow long moving leagues around.. its awesome to have one that has the potential to pump out seasons with good competitive players like we just did in season 1

    it seems like you guys are saying its a bad thing we got our games done in a month. if i had the choice all leagues i would be in would move that fast

    this is a kind of strange position you guys are putting me in. dont understand the fuss the gdl is 24 teams. The goal of the dynasty was always to expand i never felt we would stay 16 teams.

    I feell the arguments for expansion are not objectif how can limiting the # of teams benefit the league? WE CANNOT WATERD OWN THE LEAGUE IN TERMS OF PLAYER TALENT THATS NOT POSSIBLE SEE GDL AND THE "FANS WILL STILL WATCH IT WONT HURT REVENUES" LOL.

    We need as a collective to take a look at the big picture thisis about growing the game. I am suprised that it's the vets making the fuss. You guys are ambassadors of the game you help the noobs and are the foundations of every succesfull league including the dynasty.

    Ultimately this is not a pissing contest i dont want to make unpopular decisions that make guys get angry. The #1 reason the dynasty is around is because I FELT PEOPLE DIDNT LISTEN TO ME.

    However i feel we have lost objectivity, be a noob for a couple of minutes or be someone who wants to play in this league but there s no space. This is not an elite country club this is the a league for the greatest sports video game ever made.

    i Appeal to you guys to see the big picture expansion is crucial to growing the game. This is the most table gaem nearly 400 games played ina month i didnt even have to set deadlines till the last week. That being said every decision i have made has been in the best intrest of the league.

    I will continue under this mantra and hope you all do the same. OUR RESPONSIBILITY IS TO GROW THE GAME. MORE TEAMS MORE FUN FOR MORE PEOPLE

    nice work dude. once Sungod gets the expansion draft rulkes in order we can all defenitely get started plannning.

    Players that were signed for 2 seasons can be dropped without penalty as an fyi.

    not true 2 year players can only be droped after they become 1 yeaer players that means after free agency and the rookie draft

    Why are you trying to fix something thats not broken? i NEVER SAID THIS WAS TO FIX SOMETHING THIS IS TO MAKE IT BETTER HAVING MORE PEOPLE IS BETTER. I MADE THIS LEAGUE SO THAT PEOPLE CAN HAVE FUN IF I CAN MAKE IT FUN FOR 20 INSTEAD OF 16 I WILL. MY HOPE IS TO GET AS MANY AS POSSIBLE IN THE LEAGUE.

    ok where do i start ?? "for expansion draft you can only lose players that are on 1 yr contracts" i never said THAT any unprotected player can be selected.

    "who the fuk wants to join a league so they play in a toilet cup?" everyone in the toilet cup has a chance to EARN there way to the dynasty cup if they finish in the top 2 of the b conference.

    "Why not let your unsuper conference compete with the best and EARN there way to the playoffs if not theyll EARN there way to toilet cup." BECAUSE THE ÙNSUPER CONFERENCE`` AND SUPER CONFERENCE HAVE A SERIOUS SKILL LEVEL DIFFERENCE AND ITS FUNNER TO PLAY GUYS WHO ARE AT YOUR LEVEL.

    as for it not being k.g angryjay or skool. i dont care who it is when i started this league many said it was a bad idea and it would fail i had a vision and thanks to you guys and especially smoz and bo it became very succesful all the decisons i make are for the best of the league. i dont prfit from the league so i find your critisism unwaranted . i think you forgot what its like to be new and get you head bashed in from a vet. its not fun and i think we need to grow the community not just keep it fun for 16 opf us. the dynasty is not an exclusive club its open to all and it will stay like that the ``b`` conference keeps players with a little less skill and a little less expereinced involved im sorry you feel its a bad idea but i could not disagree more

    This doesnt make sense as you will have 10 teams in playoffs then...

    I dont understand what happens to the other 10 teams in the other conference, they play a season with no playoffs to play for? Does this make sense.

    maybe i wasnt clear

    in the super conference 6 teams make the playoffs plus 2 b teams will play the 7 and 8 seed in play in games the 9 and 10 seed are relegated they do not play in any play offs

    the b conference will have 8 teams in the toilet cup.
