Hello, I am new to playing online, and have joined the Classic League, but have questions. If there is a FAQ or some thread that answers these, please point the way. 1. When does the Classic League start? (I keep expecting to see a message saying it has begun, but maybe the Blitz league has to wrap up first? I expected it to begin right after the draft was complete, but like I said, I am new.) 2a. Where is the schedule? Or is it more like "play each guy in your group of 11 (I am in group B, so maybe play each member 4x, for 40 games total?) 2b. Does the order we play matter? I figure no, just play each person the right number of times? But read something about 6 gam…

Congrats to Sicarius who advances in 4 All close games. Unfortunately Roy was on fire every game, whilst Hrudey was his usual horror show, gag-reel goalie errors gifting the winning goals in games 1, 3 & 4. Can't remember a single Roy error throughout the series. Unfortunately i'm just not a good enough players to give guys like Sicarius goals headstart. GL in the semis Sicarius, and despite it all I can honestly say this has been my most enjoyable Classic season, using my boyhood team. Chicago pulls it out in 7 games. Probably tightest and most intense series I've ever played. Overall goals were 26-25 Chicago. Five 1 goal games including game 7 where Murphy scored cross crease with :45 to go in 3rd and Kravchuk piped a deke with :05 left. Very tough series Hokkee. You hung in there every game. Best game of series was game 3 with hokkee down 2-0 in series refs were very kind to him, had 9:30 of PP time throughout game including the entire OT which lasted 6+ minutes. Oushot me 23-10 and had AZ time advantage of 9:50 to 5minutes. Choke this Off to Chicago for round 2.

Kupuck (DET) uses his good eye to take out the reeling Eggink (CGY) in 5 games. The first three games were all decided by one goal, with DET taking the first two at home. CGY bounced back for a win in game 3, helped out by constant DET penalties. G4 would turn out to be pivotal. DET up 4-0, CGY makes an amazing run to make it 4-3. DET called a timeout and brought in inspirational speaker Matt Foley to fire up the troops. They quickly turn the tide and take the game 6-4. G5 is a romp as DET dominates from start to finish. Matt Foley has since returned to his 'van down by the river', but sources say he is on call if needed in the next series.

Congrats to Smozoma. Winner in 4. Played 4 superb defensive games & ground out the results. Turning point of the series was game 3 - I myself played a pretty much perfect defensive game & gave him nothing - My defenders ran 2 own goals into my own net & after a TOR own goal to level for me he won it in OT. Ridiculous way to lose a game. GAME 3 @ BUF - 3-2 TOR OT GAME 4 @ BUF - 3-1 TOR GL Smozoma. With that D he can go all the way for sure.

The score is correct, but I flipped the outcome when I confirmed the game. Dallas won on the road 5-3 against the Rangers. Please correct it and I'll reconfirm.

Had a game going with iceguy today, had some mexican dial up issues flare up all game but it was 8-3 late in the 3rd before iceguy decided to quit and call the game a no decision. I think we all know you don't pull out of a game late in the 3rd and claim it doesn't count. So please make it an 8-3 road win for LA, thank you.w
