Alright, league, tournament.
This needs to happen
Anybody who's been playing 94 for a decent amount of time can acknolowedge the huge difference between offsides on and off.
When they are off, people don't care about passing as much, long trips up the ice, sloppy play, lame goals and deke's, and generally, a different level of strategy.
Offsides on forces you to take into account your whole game, your player movement and momentum, your passing accuracy. Its actually a different game
Take it up a notch, lets build an offsides on league. I've already got the EA top snes 94 champion to agree but only if we set up offsides.

in the 2 games i was sj, 1'st game it was 5-5 until 4 seconds left in the third when i made it 6-5, heartbreak for metz
redemption in the second game, i was up 5-2 going into the third, i taunted him with a sweep and he got aggressive, scoring 5 rapid goals and shutting me out to win the game! gg's

Second game was intense, japan was up 3-1 at the end of first, and pulled into a 5-2 lead, but ukraine battled back to make it 5-5, then pulled in the lead at 6-5. Master tied it up right at the end of the second to send it 6-6 into the third. A minute into the third master scored twice making it 8-6, davychenko battled and made it 7-8 but the ukrainain defence were ultimately too tired from the first wallop and gave way to two game-ending goals! gg's!
