Offsides should always be on.
It's my goal for everyone in every league to change this and put offsides on.

There was no Vancouver team last league.
So I should get it.
If I don't we should have a Vancouver vs. Vancouver battle for the team on Zbattle.

Hey Jeff,
Coaches who played in the league last year will draft teams...meaning they can pick any team...including vancouver. I can appreciate your passion for the canucks as I'm a fan myself. However if you no interest in playing with any other team...this league isn't for you.
I'm not a fan of offsides, they slow the game down.

Can I be the Vancouver Canucks?
Casey wants to be Vancouver also.
We should be able to have a team twice.
The home and the away Canucks?
They can switch the home and away on me when need's be.

Each coach will have a different team and the teams will be selected with coaches from the previous league having first choices.
If you and casey still want me to put you guys down, I will. It would be great to have you guys in the league. lemme know what you think.
As for 2 on 2 league....I'm not sure if it is possible to play 2 on 2 online for SNES.

welcome aboard AlexMogilny89! new SNES members are few and far between on this site. they seem to come along about as often as the maple leafs play for the stanley cup....(*cue death treats from BSDaemon - die hard leaf fan)
...well perhaps maybe not that few and far between...
...maybe whittle down to about how often the blackhawks make the play-offs. (*cue death threats from blackhawks fans - er...wait...chicago still has fans?)

Welcome to the SNES '94 nostalgia league. Same league, New name. Thank you, Evan, for the name change.
League will begin in early July.
A couple changes from the winter league...but the info can be found here...

This season all games will be played though zbattle...this should greatly simplify things over last year.
NOTE: for any new coaches signing up. If you are unfamiliar with the SNES manual goalie control, one timers or deking....you may want to improve your skills in those areas before signing up as this is not a 'beginners' league.
Winter league players (13) will have first option to return and then new coaches in first come, first served order.

SNES NHL 94 Online League sounds good.And just today I played the SNES and kind of enjoyed it so if you need any spots to fill in for the league if your ever going to have one then I'll be more than willing to contribute (hopefully as Vancouver
).sounds good dmac...I'm gonna try and organize another league in the next few weeks and see if I can get somewhere from a 10 to 16 team league going....and try and have it finish before the classic '94 league.

This may have already been mentioned before....just wondering if it is possible to add a section for registering so that when new members sign up for the forums it will indicate which system they like to play..wether it be gens, snes or both.
I know that most people that sign up are ususally gens players...but some people don't mention which system they prefer until they are asked.
maybe placing it just above the section that says 'favourite way to score'.

Offset = location of data in a rom (or save state file). Could be called "address," too.

hey guys i believe someone has the offsets for the snes. if anyone wants to get the info and take charge of an snes league we could test the stat input or at least figure out what needs to be done. the draft league was designed to support more than one league, although it might be easier just to clone the whole site and let someone redesign the look for the snes.

What are 'offsets'?
I would definately run a draft league for SNES but I wasn't aware that it was possible to create a draft for SNES. I thought that option was only currently available for GENS.

This league is now FULL pending players connection through Zbattle. I'll get this sorted out in about a week or so.
Note for any new coaches wishing to get into the league...please leave your name here. Replacement coaches has become a normal thing in online leagues due to coaches becoming uncommitted at some point during the season for various reasons and need to be replaced.
Replacement coaches will be inserted in order from their post in this forum.
