    Conrats on your great run little buddy. Your draft day comments and side shows will be missed no doubt.

    Have to debate leaving you in the AIM chat like we did TK for GDL!!!

    I'll plan on filling the Russian Rocket into your slot for the next GDL, as he wanted to wait for a "fresh start" to a season.

    As for the adios to online, I think it's natural after a long stretch of domination to start to "fade off". I regret I'm not able to give you enough of a challenge. Wished my younger Brutus could be around to play the modern Plabax and see how that stacked up!! Either way, any Plabax to date has always killed me, and in some way, I'll miss those beatings!

    Best of luck out there on your next gaming adventure :)

    This pretty much says it all for me as well, if you are truly retiring best of luck in future endeavors.

    TK, you're a good guy so I'll explain here. We had a 4 game series. He won the first 3 and not sure what the scores were but I'll admit it wasn't like it was even close. We're 1/2 way through the 4th game and a miracle happens, I actually get one of my few goals of the day to bring the score to 4-2. He calls a timeout and I type "seriously?". So you can call that getting angry, being a douchebag, whatever but I can tell you that if the tables were turned, I wouldn't be calling timeouts on a guy when I'm sweeping them in a series. Maybe that's just me.

    I've got no bad feelings with Lupz but if he's bent out of shape about it, well that sucks but at least you know where I'm coming from.

    In what world is a 4-2 lead safe when the home team just scored with 3:41 left in the 3rd, especially when the guy who scored the goal is a better player than me regardless of the outcome of the previous 3 games? I believe in the timeout, I finished my season with 22 wins probably gonna miss out on a playoff birth by a game, or 2 so yes I call timeout there as every game at that juncture of my season was important to me.

    And thank you for basically quiting after the time out running out the final 3:41 without trying to score.

    Whether you agree with it, or not you should just type ggs man. I didn't say s**t about your 10 pauses during live game play to replay me laying you out with perfectly placed B checks on light weight guys then proceeding to show me the team roster page with the weights listed over, and over again, well until right now.

    Hey Skip not sure you can change jerseys on the rom I forget if you said you were able to, or not, but of you can could you use these for the Rangers?

    Blue Home, and White away. And if you could use the logo for my team the same as the White Jersey logo that would be awesome. If non of this is possible disregard, and no big deal, rom, and league is awesome regardless.

    Pants not shown for blue jersey would be red.

    yeah it's definitely the CB, I learned about it getting massacred hit wise by raph last year. No I got Scotty Stevens and he's f**kin s**t up! Concussions for all!!!

    And yes Steve Smith laid a couple CB checks on Stevie Y, but again the others were all B checks executed well.

    Most checks he is complaining about were perfect B checks, I know because he stopped the game and showed the replays about 10 times in our first 2 games, and they were all sticks to the nuts on the lightweight guys, there was 1, or 2 CB checks on Yzerman. But for the most part they were B checks.

    One thing I've noticed is if you have been away for awhile you don't realize how much better even us lower B guys are at executing B checks if your not actively trying to dodge them, which has he wasn't.

    Hey guys, I'm still at work this evening and will be here awhile longer. Not sure if I'll be able to jump on tonight. I'll do my best though. Still available this weekend, I'll be hopping on periodically to check who is around.

    Message me on Aim this weekend when you hop on, I should be available to play anytime during daytime hours. Even if I'm on Red, I'm on the phone app so always around, and sometimes forget to change status to green when available to play.

    A goal is a goal, there will never be a ruling on a goal. You can choose to play with some gentlemen's rules on penalty shots, goalie locks, after whistle goals, etc. See the etiquette guide for some guidelines, but that doesn't mean you or your opponent HAVE to play that way.

    Someone can (and sometimes will) always complain about a lag spike. It sucks and nearly always disrupts the game in some way. And in this case, a big way. Not just because the result was a goal, but because Seth lost his mind after the goal and couldn't recover mentally. And playoff '94 requires a lot of mental focus.

    So the end result is AJ wins the series 4 games to 1, no questions. The only debate is whether AJ was justified in keeping his go-ahead goal as he was going to score on the play anyway, OR, did he get a freebie because Seth definitely would have saved the goal (using the defensemen) if it weren't for the lag spike that threw off his timing? OR, should AJ give up the goal regardless because Seth made a claim and he wouldn't have done so if it wasn't legit. Who knows? There is no right answer.

    I personally think there should be a rule about the after whistle goal, and a rule that regardless if he game whistles it dead during a PS that if puck is poke checked, or player bumps goalie AND only if player looses control of puck after bump you should no longer be allowed to pursue the PS even if the whistle does no blow, and still time on shot clock, just my opinion thou.

    I have to double check my schedule, but I believe I am off from the 8th till the 14th, so as long as it is in with in reasonable driving distance I am down. I am just on the other side of the TZ Bridge so I guess an hour or so ride is fair enough for me to travel either way North, South, East, West, ect. maybe even a little further.

    Hopefully after this Sunday the Jets will beat Ice's Bills, and maybe when can meet up for a Jets playoff game before some 94 if they get a Sunday game, and don't f**k it up this Sunday by losing (probable outcome). Let me know the deal!
