hokkeefan Posted September 13, 2013 Report Share Posted September 13, 2013 There has to be a stand made NOW !!Make deadlines and stick to them 110%If you miss the deadline ,you get replaced,no matter who the f you are and NO EXCUSES ACCEPTED.ZERO TOLERANCE.This is the only way to keep the flow and fun in these lgs going.Letting guys delay these lgs has to end now !!You have to treat them like spoiled children and discipline them or they wont learn.
