RetroArch Issue: Fast Desync

Atomic and I experience quick Desyncs when we try to play together.  Either from start of game, or near start (within seconds).

Both run Windows. Both have Port Forwarding (so Relay Off).

Not sure how to troubleshoot it? (I will google, but thought someone might have insight?)  Played GENs without issue after.

I did just host MikeG, and had a great connection. (My best ever with RA.)

So I think Atomic has something screwy happening.  We will keep looking into it.
