NHL 94 is an addiction

Please help me my life for the past 2 years has been nothing but  NHL 94 has been just me sitting on my pc playing NHL  for 16 hours a day my blood sweat and tears have been Devoted to the game I need help I have not been to my job in 7 months I think I’m fired what should I do about my addition and when is the next tournament?
