Assuming you are recreating a CD to use on real hardware, then no, as long as the original/hacked ISO component and all tracks fit on the CD then it should work... remember though, MP3s will effectively (need to) be converted back to WAV... thus effectively increasing their size and the amount of the space that is used on CD.
