I sort of agree, but that would radically change offense. As it is now, I almost never go for the kind of shots that would generally produce rebounds, because scoring them is so random.
There are guys who seemingly score rebound goals at will

First 5 coaches(excluding me) to reach 160 games played(or the 5 coaches with most games played at end of season) will receive an EA Sports NHL 94 game card.
You can pick from Dino(2), Mogilny, Fedorov, Modano, Messier or Bondra
Also, coach with leading individual goal scorer will receive a NHL 94 Jeremy Roenick card
Individual leader in PIM will receive a NHL 94 Mike Gartner card
Top goal scoring defenseman will get a Mark Messier 94 card
Individual leader in Checks made will receive Theo 94 card
Team with most wins regular season will receive Brett Hull 94 card
And the league CHAMPION! will also receive a Jeremy Roenick card.

The league will start this weekend, or sooner depending on when chaos has time to put together on site.
Play 10 games(5 home, 5 away) against each coach. Obviously you don't have to play all 10 at once. Maybe best to decide beforehand how many you will play at that time and whose home and away.
Play at least 30 games and at least 6 different opponents to qualify for playoffs.
There are no check points, but I will follow up on coaches not getting games in. We do have one coach on waiting list.
Playoffs are double elimination and seeding will alternate between most wins and best winning percentage. Each series is best of 7.
Season is 10 to 12 weeks long. I'll reevaluate that after 8 weeks to see where we're at.
