    ok, maybe those settings were a mere coincidence. As it seemed every game i played didn't have that issue, after I made those changes, but the most recent game I just played on scd....the fps issue reared it's ugly head again :(

    So, I dunno if it could reduce the amount of times the fps drops, but most likely I probably just happened to be lucky for a little while after I changed those settings. The fps droppage does seem to happen in between events (goals, penalties), during the times the screen goes black, when it does happen. And it also can fix itself during those times. Not sure why that's the case, but it doesn't seem like there is any way to truly fix it (besides messing with your screen window repeatedly..)

    I have had fps issues that have arisen in netplay in gens, that would seem to be random. Happens way more often in server kaillera play than p2p. I would always need to adjust my game window to fix it, which is annoying while playing. I think I finally fixed this issue from switching my frameskip setting from auto to 0. I also set my sound to mono, which could also help a bit, since that would be sending half the normal sound info to the server than having it set to stereo would.

    So try out 0 for frameskip and mono for your sound. I think disabling the auto frameskip is probably the fix, because I think the framerate issue is some bug in the gens emu when using kaillera. It seems to skip frames for no reason at times, unrelated to network lag/speed.

    True, Canadians invented hockey, since James George Aylwin Creighton, as the notable founder of ice hockey, is Canadian.

    But at the same time, our good sir, Mark Lesser, is from the States.

    And, even though I know just about nothing about hockey, or the NHL, aside from this game...Both of these people our gods to all of us, as there would be no GDL, no 94, without these two bright fellows. Which is why all of us, wherever the hell we're from, are keeping our younger days and inner child, alive through this site, being able to play this gem of a game, pretty much anytime, and from anywhere.

    Yes this will be closed of course, as it should.

    In this game, the game really went out of synch with about 0:22 left in the third, but it didn't actually crash for me until 0:05, right when the last goal happened. At the moment I thought it was legitimate, screwed up, and still uploaded the save. Ice's players were whoring the B button constantly in the last seconds, and I thought that was normal Ice at the time :( But that was really just the last input from Ice repeating itself to my end..

    We agreed to have that game count as is, even though it went out of synch at 0:22, but it should really be a 4-1 EDM win, not 4-2. I have the save, after I playbacked the recorded game and just let the time ran out after it reached 0:22 in the 3rd. So if you can delete it when you get the chance, I'll upload the legitimate one.

    Of course it wouldn't be the end of the world if you and I don't swap this save, I'm always open to a free Sandstrom goal ;)

    I guess some of us have been bad boys while you've been gone, sorry smozoma....

    OMG Hokkee even your collusion agreements, aren't of very good quality either... Now I know this trade limit was good at 3, since I know if it went beyond that, by that time you'd probably wouldn't have any superstar talent left on your team (like Bure).

    Ice, that one post you made must've gave him the idea, so it's your fault for this :(
