In case anyone cares, I will be away until May 31.
In other words, the Senators will be without their top right winger until May 31. Maybe put Mark Lamb in my place. He is one of the team's best players. His speed is almost above average and he sometimes receives a pass cleanly.

Sidney Crosby 1.38 points per game
I didn't bother looking up their goals per game, but I know it would heavily favour AO. IMO, goals are more valuable than assists and should hold more weight when comparing points per game. AO's goalscoring ability is the reason I would pick him over Crosby. Well, that and the fact that he is the most dynamic and exciting player I have ever seen live. Ya, if anyone says he's one of the best players not in the NHL, they're out to lunch. I think the hype is due to the fact that he is a late bloomer and thus undrafted and can be signed without giving anything up or using a draft pick.
He himself said that he's probably not ready for the NHL. I've heard he has decent size, speed and skill, but is a work in progress.
In NHL 94 terms, he's sort of like a Luciano Borsato or Evgeny Davydov.. or not even!

Yep, very good, fun games, with a tight, play-off type feeling. Lots of hitting and mucking it up in the corners, crashing the net, etc.

I am interested in playing in any SNES league available.
Offsides would add another element of skill to the mix. Why not add linechanges too?

I'm on top of the list because I'm the coolest.
He was going to put me on top of the list, but that would have been to obvious, because I'm so cool, so he put me 2nd.
If anyone ever sees me on AIM, it means I want to play a game, or I'm in the middle of playing a game, and will want to play another when I'm done.

Where is tocknest? and has anyone played him yet?? I never see him on AIM.

It's a bug in the original game...the same with scoring through the back of your own net with the goalie. I've been burned by it a few times but it's part of the game and so I treat it as such.
It was certainly nice to offer to let him take it however I don't think a rule is needed.

I like the points system.
On another note, I think we need to decide on a rule for when the penalty shot bug happens. For example, I played a game where my opponent had a penatly shot given to him at 0:00 of the 3rd period / start of OT. The whistle blew right away (bug). We kept on playing the OT (ended in a tie), then I was nice enough to let him do his penalty shot and he got it, meaning I lost in regulation.
