you cant consider Bure as one of the best because he didnt make the players the he played with better but Gretzky did

I have mixed feelings about the shootout so I don't really care what happens there
For penalties however I would keep em at 2:00
I think this has already been addressed but injuring somone is 4:00 penalty
I think it should be changed back to 2:00
