i updated the playoffs on slapshot 67's NHL '12
this is a token of my good heart that the fact that slapshot is helping me with a rom...
i don't know when i'll put up the rom of CCHL '12 (which is a junior "a" hockey league in my side of Ontario, Canada) all i can say that Slapshot67 already did the graphics and logos and other stuff...so when it's good to
go i will post it as soon as i can..
so here's his NHL '12 update with updated playoffs...

the playoffs should be fixed up with teams playing within the conferences. it's just a suggestion.
it would only take a few minutes.

i have done a few extra modifications on this rom that I have posted some time ago. the ice color has been redone to a lite blueish color that would be easier on the eyes. the sprites are redone to have more of a 3D look to it especially the goalies that now have colors to their equipment according to the team colors. on the scoreboard during gameplay you will see that it is now nicknames to some teams like the Habs, Sens, Pens, Isles ect... Matthew Barnaby is now added to the Sabres roster for all you Sabre fans especially SabreDance. if anybody have any comments please be free to do so.

it only took me 3 hours to re-edit this rom
stating menu has Montreal (home) vs Calgary (away)
all-star rosters are updated with correct players from 1986 NHL All-Star Game (www.wikipedia.org)

did the Pens logo get fixed? or was it the ice that was causing the problem? just curious..
no it's when i edited their jerseys the right way it screwed it all up and i don't know how to fix the logo right. sorry about that Penguin fan.

this is my 3rd update to this rom. i have fixed the following:
every goalie and defencemen defence awareness are now upped to 99
and every foward offensive awareness are now upped to 99 as well.

this is my 2nd version of NHL '94. new in this edit:
- rink color is now White instead of the original color
- 30 second code is now upped to 5 minutes
- 5 minute periods are now upped to 7 minutes
- Penalty shot time is now 30 seconds instead of 25.
- Anaheim and Florida player numbers are now correct as of www.hockeydb.com, and both rosters are upgraded with more players.
- All jerseys are now correct especially Anaheim who are now Purple instead of the Black in NHL '94 on the road.

after all it only took me 2 hours give or take to do this.
