I agree, the Brian Forgarty story is one that is very sad. I remember reading an article about it in the Hockey News a few years ago. He was an amazing talent, but his career just wasnt meant to be. I only said it was torture to score with Brian Fogarty because of his enemic 38 rating in the game. In no way shape or form did i mean to ridicule Brian Fogarty with my comments and i apologize if i gave anyone the impression i was. I would just like to thank the Deer for providing the specifics of Brian Fogarty's rise and fall.

Would the playoff format on this game be like the actual CHL format or would it just be like the normal NHL format. If the regular CHL format could be recreated, this game would be sick then.

So the San Jose guy is back? well i want to say cool because thats good for the league that he came back and can get some games in, but bummer for me who is on the waiting list. Oh well, my best of wishes to you San Jose manager.

its the AOL instant messenger, go to the site to create an account and download the software. once you get that all set up you can start adding people to your buddy list and then you just message them if they're online and youll be playing people in the near future.

i just joined a week ago and what i did was look up people on the contact list and find their aim screen names. after that i just started messaging people, most of the time the guys are really good at responding to requests to play games. you really have to be proactive about it and get yourself out there, the more aggressive you are about it the more people will notice you. my screen name is angryjay93 and i play the GENS version, if you play the same version id be cool with playing a game or two with you some time in the future.

I know you guys are talking fastest goal off a faceoff, but this morning i had 3 goals in 13 seconds,i dont recall ever scoring 3 goals that fast.

i have mixed emotions with geographic regions, i like the idea of being able to build rivalries, but there is just something inside of me that says geographic regions arent right and keeping the divisions as is is the correct way to go. If i can ever figure out that reason you can be sure ill post it.

I'm not sure if anyone will believe me, but when i owned NHL '94 on console i was playing the Kings in the playoffs and i decided to go for Gretzky in the corner, i laid into him and when he came down on the ground his head fell off and he was injured for the period. I dont know what type of trainers the Kings have, but my god they must have been amazing if they could stitch Greztky's head back onto his neck in time for the next period.

I'm sure these questions have been answered several times, but i just cant help myself because i cant find the answers anywhere.
1. Why arent line changes being used?
2. Why is there no offsides?
3. How many people get promoted from league B and how many get regulated from league A after the playoffs?
These are the three main questions i have right now, so if anyone has answeres id like to hear them.

yo,i just joined. my aim is angryjay93. i may not be on a whole lot but when i am it means i want to play, and i want to play on GENS. so hit me up and ask me to play because im looking to get some experience before i try get into one of these leagues eventually.

its ok the leafs didnt win the cup that year because Gilmour got his cup with the Flamesa few years earlier.

I dont know exactly where i am on the waiting list, but all i know is that i would love to be included on any open team in the GENS B leauge no matter the position of the team or how many games are left to be played.

how is the passing frustrating on the genesis version? if anything it better replicates an actual hockey experience in that every pass cant be taken perfectly on the tape, especially by players of lesser skill.

Hey, i just signed up for the next league last night and i was curious to see what type of competition i can expect. I've been playing NHL '94 ever since it came out, but my competition against other people has been lacking. So if anyone is willing to let me play a few matches with them before i start preparing for the league, i would appreciate it very much.
GENS A Calgary

Considering im not in any league and im on the waiting list, this doesnt really concern me,but i still havent seen this issue addressed. The Calgary manager in GENS A hasn't played a game in nearly 4 weeks and no one seems to have said a word about it. Shouldn't someone take this guys place seeing that he has 28 games left with 8 days to go?
