i tried taking some characters from fight instigator but i couldnt get it to work...

how can i give the 2 min instigating penalty to the guy in the fight?
that always bothered me...

how did you add more characters? i was thinking make it say " Major Penalty" but you only get "Major Pe"

screwing around in 93 with a hex editor...
the yellow is the penalty min time, and i think the green is the animation used by the referee... roughing, fighting, instigator all have the same animation so i assume thats the animation info...
anyone know anymore else?
or where i can find the actual penalty code?
also on a side note...
see the similarities from 93 and 92?

i had to change that color in the pallette to a dif color so i didnt have 2 blacks
(i was using the TM default)

check my rom for fighting ratings...
most of the time, penatly minutes will tell you about the player
remember in nhlpa 93, its not how tough you are, its how often you will fight...
damn shame we couldnt seperate the 2

how do they get that orange when its not in the palette?

why am i losing my philadelphia/edmonton orange?
if i touch it, it goes blue and i cant get it back
also on the right banner i want the same orange but if you look at the palette, its not there?
how come im losing my phily orange when i touch stuff?
how do you replace a color in the banner palette?
lets say i wanted purple in a banner, would it be in all banners?

all the graphics are compressed, i did notice that in the 2 .viv files there might be something...
you can extract the stuff in the .viv files, but opening the files after they are extracted is the problem
