smozoma Posted June 7, 2009 Report Share Posted June 7, 2009 (edited) I put a rule into the database that prevents teams from losing too many players in particular rounds. for round 5, the site will reject a pick if it would be the 5th player drafted away from a team by other coaches (during the whole draft). some teams have still only lost 1 player, so i don't see it being too bothersome. (a similar rule was in for round 3, which prevented L.A from losing a 4th player, Kevin Hatcher, before the protection round).
