One issue that may be causing you not to connect with some folks is your AIM doesn't show up when you add a buddy "Mike Alonzi". I suspect that this has something to do with Facebook, because I couldn't see you on my buddy list until you contacted me first. My guess is that you've had to contact everybody first. For example, I see that you're online now, but when I added "Mike Alonzi" as a new buddy in a different group, it shows offline.
