wallywojo
There has been much discussion on favorite player and obscure player, but how about what really wins games against other good players, solid defensive play. This could be a scheme that you believe works the best or individual defensive/goaltender play that leads to winning hockey. I am interested to see everyone's opinion on this topic. Thanks, Wally

wallywojo
HA. Shhh. I have my scouts out there already checking out everyone's style. Anyways, my favorite individual defensive play is the poke check where it is so clean that the player is off to the races the other way. After that, I would also favor the hook of a distant player to "reel 'em in". NHL 94 allows quite a bit of hooking before a call is made.
