    Yeah man. I'll be out of school so I would be able to devote more time towards a good project. Maybe a summer frozen four league too?

    Cool it sure would be nice to get a little help with next years version. As for a league, i have actually never played a game online but i might be willing to give it a try.

    So i started hardcore beta testing last night. I already found a bunch of graphical errors, most i have fixed already. I also decided i was not happy with how easy the game was. So i messed around with stats a bit. I bumped up all the defensive awareness skill for each player and cut passing skills a bit. I wasn't set back at all and in fact this might be released this weekend!

    I really hope the few others that follow College hockey enjoy this rom as it has been A LOT of work for a person who knew nothing about hacking roms just a few months ago.

    Doing an awesome job man! I've pretty much given up hope on mine, I didn't have the time for making a rom I figured out a few weeks ago, and I'm glad to hear someone is going to follow through with an NCAA rom. Can't wait to play it man,

    It sure is A LOT of work. I have much respect now for the peps who make these updated roms for us to play. Id like to make another NCAA rom right after the next frozen four. Maybe you would like to help me out with it?

    shouldnt have to wait much longer! Its always good after finishing a project as big as this to step away from it after its finished for a little while and then come back to it and do some last minute touch ups and tweeking. And thats what i'm doing. Id say look for its release in about 3 weeks.

    Well i wanted to base the game around the frozen four and thats only single game elimination but it seems no one knows how to do these things or just doesn't want to help so i'm going to try to figure it out on my own. If i cant figure this stuff out by next month ill just release it the way it is. I'm beta testing it now making sure everything is up to my standards and doing minor touch ups so the game will be released really soon either way.

    I'm all done with my final four NCAA rom. Got all graphics done and all rosters using real players names and stats. The only things i want to do with the rom before i release it is:

    -to take out the option to play best of 7. I just want single game playoff mode, shoot out and regular season

    -i also want to take out the picture of the cup in the playoff tree. If someone knows how to change the graphic on the cup that the players hold id like to change that too but its not as important to me as the others.

    PLEASE if anyone knows how to do these things id really be grateful for the information.

    Most videos i see around here are of "sweet" goals. So i figured i would post a nice save i recently made in the game. My self being a goalie i find more satisfaction in good saves. The way i play NHL94 against the computer is i refuse to do any crease cuts at all and when the computer crosses my blue line i MUST take control of my goalie. It makes the games a lot more interesting.

    If anyone else has any video of some nice saves they have made i would love to see them.

    Well after much work i have finally finished my first rom. I wish i could say it was easy but it wasn't . I now have a lot more respect for those who edit theres roms for all of us to play. I must have spent 100 hours using the search function on this site to learn how to do this stuff and i still concider my self a newbie at nhl94 editing. The game is not as visualy pleasing as most of the other roms people have made but im still happy with my first results. If anyone has any pointers/tips for me id love to hear them as long as they are given in a postive way.

    To my knowledge this is the first College hockey rom that has been completed so i hope all you other ncaa fans enjoy the game. I plan on making one next year too. Now that i got some idea what I'm doing i plan on adding more teams for next years version. There are still a few things i hope to figure out for next years version. I really want to find the stanley cup graphic in the playoff tree and edit that out. So if anyone knows how to do that PLEASE tell me how.

    Hey fellas,

    I'm on my three day weekend now. I plan on getting the rosters and teams done. Any suggestions for NCAA teams you guys would like to play with? I could take some teams out and replace them with some others that I know will not last in the top 30. So I'm open to suggestions, just let me know soon enough before I get too deep into doing the rosters.

    i had done about 60% of the rosters when i was working on this rom last year. But it was extremely hard to finish due to not having my own computer for an entire year. I had my own system for how i would do the rosters as well. Its really great that someone is taking over this project, but now i feel guilty for not being in the position to finish it. :( If you need any help with the rosters(which i know you probably won't), i'd be more than happy to help.

    But on a side note, I had constantly asked for help so i can finish the rom and all got was WEN IZ DIS COMIG OUT???? I WANNA PLEY!! so glad to see that people are so supportive nowadays.

    If i actually new how to do any of this editing stuff a year ago i would have so helped ya out bro. My biggest problem right now is i want to add real players names and base my stats off what they did in 2007 but i need to come up with a system/formula to do so. Would you be willing to tell me the system you used for that?

  18. No team logos at the select screen.

    I have been making a rom based on a fantasy league my friends and i are doing. I have figured out almost everything i wanted to do but i just cant figuring out how to negate the logos at the team select screen. I notice Swos & Mahs AHL season 02/03 update has no logos at the team select screen and i was wondering if maybe they or someone else could help me by giving me a few pointers on how to do that.

    i would love to play a ncaa edit of 94. i would be willing to donate my time if you want help. i'm new at editing but id offer what i can. i have no problem editing players and team info but like you i'm still having trouble editing ice logos and other graphics. i need more practice using Tile Layer Pro but i think if i leep messing with it ill be able to handle doing graphics soon.
