Although I don't agree with some of the replacements that were made, as Wags said, results and results. Am not sure what you mean by that...... My policy is simple: you must stay actice throughout the year i set no deadlines. if guys dont play they are removed simple as that. When i started the league i asked for 0 in terms of money , 0 in terms of help running the site and i didnt even ask for a thank you. I simply asked people play the games on there schedule in a pace that keeps up with a majority of the league. if one guy has 5 games played and the rest of the league has 20 then i give the coach a coupke of days to show up. if he does not he is removed and thats it. The reason the league worked was simple : 16 good coaches and zero patience for guys who cant keep the pace

Congrats to carse for winning the season 1 dynasty cup. he had a tremendous season and won both the PRESIDENTS CUP AND THE DYNASTY CUP. congrats to habs as well he had a great year and came up a little short. the toilet cup MUST BE PLAYED BY FRIDAY THOSE WHO HAVE NOTFINISHED THERE GAMES WILL BE ELIMINATED, IF ALL 4 HAVE NOT PLAYED THE WINNER WILL BE DETERMINED BY THE PLAYER WHO DID MOST DO GET THE GAMES IN THANKS GUYS GREAT YEAR!!!

Guys a really took the time to think about the whole expansion idea and the move to maybe putting a "A" conference "B" conference. I took into account that the league was split on this with pretty much an 8 to 8 split on the question. Howeevr the vets are the core and they were unanimously against. That being said sometimes the right answer isn't always the popular one. my beliefis that expansion was crucial to the growth of the game and the league. however i realise this can be argued against. There is 8 leagues that will be in operation by season 2. therefore its less of a priority to expand the league. I do think that the league could expand by 4 teams however as carse and others pointed out it may slow down the league by reducing the replacement pool. That being said there have been 6 guys on the current waiting list waitng pateinently to jump aboard. there will be no change in the format , therefor no "A" confernece "B" conference You guys see my dilema . so here is my decision There will be 2 teams added this year, there is no other plan for expansion past this year unless the witing list exceeds 10. To grow the game i will be adding a page called the Dynasty Dev league. It will be a developmental league where the guys on the waiting list can play each other and have a record of there scores and stats. i hope to attract at least 6 to this lesague and i hope for them to be a mix of noobs and slightly experienced players who act as a feeder for coaches who quit. i think this is a fair compromise and will allow for the league to continue to move quickly we have 16 great owners and now we have added 2 more be nice to them. They will be named shortly guys i cant please everyone i made a tough decision and i hope you all can understand im not paid to do this. i made the best decision for the league taking into account the opinion of all

maybe i wasnt clear in the super conference 6 teams make the playoffs plus 2 b teams will play the 7 and 8 seed in play in games the 9 and 10 seed are relegated they do not play in any play offs the b conference will have 8 teams in the toilet cup.

Before i hit the expansion stuff i will explai some of the nuances of the cap system not all is similar to fvhl. A player on a one year deal is AUTOMATICALLY RELEASED IN FREE AGENCY after the season no need to do anything. A 1 year player may be released at any time without cap penalty. 2 year players may not be released . if they are they are subject to half the penalty for year 1 and full penalty for year 2. e.g: 10 million means 5 million year one and 10 million year 2 for penalties. A two year player becomes a one year player only AFTER FREE AGENCY AND THE ROOKIE DRAFT. the key word is AFTER you may not drop a 2 year player without penalty untill he becomes a 1 year player. 3 years is the max you can sign a player after that he becomes a unrestrictyed free agent. any tema may bid on him ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ cap max will remain unchanged for the simple reason there will be no increase in revenue so there will be no more or less money to spend on players. there will be no cap minimum. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- rookie draft at the end of the playoffs the first thing that will happen is all 1 year players will be released into free agency.
