  1. I recently bought a laptop that wasn't designed for gaming, but I didn't expect it to be unable to run nhl 94 smoothly. It's no biggie if it can't run 94 anyway since I don't have internet still, but it's just annoying, and I feel like I may have well bought the cheapest laptop I could find if it can't even run this.

Anyway to my question, what computer specs could be holding this laptop back from being able to run 94 smoothly? Could it be "Dedicated Video Memory?" Mine has only 128mb, and since it's a lame laptop I can't change that.

Any help would be appreciated. I have 14 days to return it, and I'm probably going to end up returning it, but still

  2. With Blitz checking do the CPU controlled players have the wt bug or is everybody fixed.

cpu checks were never affected by the weight bug, even in the classic rom. This is why CB checking is a thing, it's esentially making your human check a cpu check.

Im hoping I understood your question correctly

  3. TB should not be on this list. Islanders, Pens, Devils, and Caps are worse

what. all of those teams are better than tb, especially pittsburgh.

Dont get me wrong, I love me some Bradley, but I still think TB is worse than all those teams.

I agree with ya tho that Tampa doesnt really belong in this conversation in todays meta.

  4. I have a memory like a fish, but I dont really remember B checks not working when I want them to. Even when trying to intercept a pass with B, I think it works quite consistently.

B checks are life. I really do love them. If I have a child someday and its a boy, B-check would be a great middle name. Thats one gigantic if tho

Maybe to protect him from bullying I could spell it differently, like beechek lol

  5. Brass Bonanza is not wrong really. I think that there is a sweetspot for a dmans speed. Covering lanes requires precise little movements in front of your net, and I think a guy like housley cant maneuver well enough for that in close quarters.

Think about it. If you had a guy with 80000000 speed and agility and you pressed up, hed instantly be at the top of the rink. You couldnt cover lanes with a guy like that, but obviously you cant get anywhere when youre too slow. So there must be a sweetspot, and I think that itd be 4 speed in most cases.

Coffey is better than housley at covering lanes tho because of his weight bogging down his agility. He has a slower startup speed than housley, so hes a bit better at those subtle adjustments

  6. i dont remember a lot of computer penalties happening, i definitely feel like considerably more user penalties happen than cpu ones

i just find it kind of lame that you can check someone one time and its no penalty, but another time you could check the exact same way and it sets you back a man for 2 mins

the guys who have low pims want penalties on and the guys who have high want em off. As a coach they help me cuz i dont get a lotta penalties, but i find them to only dampen the spirit of fairness and fun

the only deserved penalty would be hooking, all the rest are never justified
