Hi guys I have released the alpha version of my NHL 89 Rom, I Need people to test and give feedback, I have so far edited Boston, Buffalo, Detroit and Dallas (minnasota in the game).

How did you know that anyway, how do you know about checksums of different games.

Note, the checksum routine is bigger in 97 than 94 (used in the example), and the refering offset is at Hex 768 and not Hex 302.

Ignoring the above, and if you want the you want the quick fix, find the last occurence of  4E71 and change it to 6602 (from memory).... I recommend you follow the stesp above though/

I have just hacked into NHL 96 amd I have made the roster to the 1988/1989 The season I was born, But it is getting on well.

I will release it as soon as I finish it

hmmmm.bmpI found something in tile maker pro while i was editing NHL 94, these tiles looked like start up bannners by they were screwed up.

I prefer NHL 97 more because it has better on ice graphics and it isvery simple to edit.
