Would no one prefer a pick a team & stick with them format? In that way you're seeing if you can get, LA for example qualified for the main tournament, then can you get them out of their group into the knockout stage etc. Love the idea, just for me I prefer having a team for a season. Swapping teams each game feels like Kings warm-up tournament format

Pearate, I also don't agrew with the reboot, but u have no argument here. Even if u protected Belfour you'd still have lost him cos he's been picked in rd1! U'd still have to make a new pick here! Sorry but ur bein an idiot. U have more to gain than anyone from a reboot & ur cryin about losin a player ud have lost with or without a reboot anyway! Ridiculous

Altho I agree with ur basic idea, u still have Roy available to draft. Ud have lost Belfour anyway as rd1 wudnt have been a protect rd anyway. The only thing thats changed is uv started from scratch rather than havin ur Gretzky, Janney etc. U had the weakest roster in 08 so really ur the least affected of all of us. Just make ur pick, stop whining & let the draft carry on rather causing a day delay while we search for ur replacement

Once again King adopts the "I'm going to shut you up & devalue your opinion by telling you how s**t you are" strategy. Unfortunately there's a real snidey side to you that rears it's ugly head when you want to shout people down. Not very becomming for a league comish. I never said my team was great or that Momesso was a star. I said I started with the worst team in the 06 rom & now it's a decent roster. Not great, not the best, but a decent roster. I also said I enjoyed using certain players like Momesso, regardless of whether they're great or not. Point is Pearate can draft the worst roster in the world (Which he may well have done) if he wants to. He likes his roster & the whole continuity concept of Blitz. Me too. That he could do better with a redraft is neither here nor there. My point was that if you can take the worst roster & draft it into a competitive roster in a season or two.................why does the league need a reboot? Your 06 roster was also weak & 2 seasons later you have possibly the best team ever assembled.........yeah, reboot is essential :-/ 1 more thing: I can guarantee that in a few years there will have been more turn over of coaches, more silly trades, more stacked rosters & you'll be suggesting another reboot.

In the protect rounds those draftin a new team pick first, all players available to them. After they pick those keepin their rosters protect. 2 players from a protect list cant b picked by the other teams, so if I lose 1 i'm guaranteed to keep 1 player even if it's not my 1st pick. Easy

Thank you Pearate, Min, & more importantly the creator of this league Smozoma. As Pearate says, it's Blitz 9, not GDL weight bug fix. I took on the worst team in Blitz 06 & now have a pretty decent team, through building it up. Why can't noobs do the same? there is no need to reboot, as my team shows. As Pearate says, there seems to be a total disregard for those who disagree with the reboot idea. As creator of the league Smoz's opinion should be carrying a lot of weight. Let those who want to keep their teams do so
