If you don't have MS Office, then you can get OpenOffice for free at http://download.openoffice.org. Run "Calc" instead of "Excel". This ROM has the advanced weight+checking bug fix in it, which makes checking based on the weight and checking rating (higher is better for both). It also has a "CHK" stat in the Player Stats page instead of "PIM"; this is the number of checks each player threw during gameplay (I tried to make checks after the whistle not count, but it isn't 100% accurate). Feel free to play around with the ROM and get used to the new feel of the players. There is also an original rosters NHL94 rom with the same fixes/hacks applied (NHL94_WgtChkFix_20080912.bin).
