In that case, my round 6 and 7 picks are up for grabs, if anyone wants to trade a round 4 or 5 pick along with a round 11 or 12 pick.
PM if interested.

The Ottawa Senators would like to thank the draft hosts gihtarman and xgrad06.
We would also like to congratulate the Montreal Canadiens on winning the 1993 Stanley Cup.
Hello to our fans watching back home in Ottawa....
With our 1st selection, 7th overall in the inaugural SNES Draft League, the Ottawa Senators are extremely excited to select ......
our own hometown hero....
STEVE YZERMAN!!!!!

And the first pick of the Inaugural SNES Draft League draft is ..... waiting.. waiting

OTTAWA Please!!!

I'll stick around the office for a bit tonight as it is the only place I can get internet right now. Hopefully they don't fire me.
Cool, I should be online around 6 or 6:30 EST tonight.

Bob,
Just rolled into my final destination but I'm getting acclimated with my new job. I'll try to get on Friday night but if you don't see me will next week work?
Looking forward to playing you
Next week will be tough. If Friday night doesn't work, maybe we should schedule something for next week.
-
no. no no no no no.
i gotta get my games in but can't until this weekend
Statto - looks like we're playing each other (Det vs. Wsh).
I am available Thursday and Friday night. Can you play Friday night?
I probably won't be able to play on Sat or Sunday.
-
This is cool. Good work Statto!
I had a look at the Sens. I noticed a few things that could be changed
gerber --> Gerber
Make Gerber the starting Goalie
Coomodore --> Commodore
Add Andrej Meszaros, Dman, shoots left, #14
If possible to change the best line, it should be:
G Gerber
D Phillips
D Volchenkov
LW Heatley
C Spezza
RW Alfredsson
Possibly more to come..

WOW, this looks awesome. Thanks guys for all your hard work.
I haven't been around the last couple weeks, but have no fear. I will be back in action in no time.
-
What's your AIM?
-
Yep. I agree with Halifax's post.
I should be up and running Wednesday night.
-
When it is set to ON, you can use the L and R buttons (on top of the conroller) to switch between left and right defensemen. It's much better than using B to select the player closest to the puck.
-
Very kind of you to offer but I'd like to talk to you about this to see what can be worked out. You were the first one to finish your games and the most deserving of being in the playoffs....I'd rather delay our series until I get back than accept a forfeit.
peace.
Well I just don't want to hold things up for everyone else. If it's possible to delay until you get back, without pissing everyone off, then I am open to that, but like I said, I will be busy at that time too, so we will have to find a time that works for both of us.
peace

Thanks for posting about your situation Hali. It makes my decision easier.
I'm going to have to concede the playoff spot to Halifax/Fenty.
I'm too busy lately and will be until mid-July. I probably won't be able to play any games for the next week. I am waiting for shipment of a new computer, busy Thursday, and away until Tuesday. Then, I will be busy towards end of June until mid-July.
So count me out. Good season. Enjoyed it immensely. Although I think I finished all my games over a month ago!
Good luck in the playoffs everyone. I'll be back stronger than ever next season!
-
So let me get this straight..
As Detroit, I have to win two series (one against Calgary (Halifax), one against LA (Fenty)) just to grab the 8th seed and the right to face Boston (TheVal)? Wow, I'm soooo screwed!!
And I haven't even played in 2 weeks cuz my computer's fried. I should get my new one by the end of the week.. can't wait.

I have tried playing GENS and it was decent, but for me personally, does not compare to SNES.
Two key things that put the SNES version way out in front of the GENS version is the player control and passing.
I don't care about framerate!
Also, I like the SNES controller and controls much better, along with the music and sound effects, the non-blue ice, as well as the goalie and checking animations.
Whenever I play the GENS version, I feel like I'm playing a suped up version of NHLPA 93 on SNES, with one-timers and minus the fighting of course. Whenever I play the SNES version, I feel like I'm playing a gift from God.
I really don't understand why the GENS version is more popular, but to each his own, I guess.

this guy hasnt posted in 2years lol.
Oh ya..
He probably made his millions off his NHL t-shirt sales and moved to the bahamas.
-
Cool!
Have you made any shirts for NHL94?
More specifically, I think it would be sweet to have a shirt with a picture of the NHL94 box for SNES.
