  1. I would assume that data is for Genesis, correct?

I'm saying that because I'm wondering if there is a similar way to increase the amount of the selectable teams on SNES. (I know it's possible to decrease the number of selectable teams, so I'm sure increasing the number of selectable teams would be done in a similar way)

  2. I'm back and I want to show you a new online client I found. Here's how to install it.

    1. Download the Classic Gaming Arena Client

    2. Register on the Forums. This will be your account for the client. Remember your username + password.

    3. Extract the client you just downloaded.

    4. Run "registerfiles.bat"

    5. Load up cga.exe.

    6. Set it up, it is quite self explanitory.

Hey. I did that in 6 steps, not bad. Now, as mentioned above, I'll give you a few benefits to using this program.

    The Benefits

-Supports SNES Online: 2 Players [ZSNES]

-Supports NES Online: 2 Players [Virtual NES]

    -Supports Genesis/SegaCD/Gamegear/Mastersystem. [Kegafusion]

-Has active admins [if someone is very annoying, they get kicked/banned.]

-Has a chat room built in.

-Is Peer 2 Peer [Like ZBattle, but supports the above systems. This also means no lag.]

And that's what it supports right now. If you don't like what you are hearing - go check out my guide to ZBattle.

    -------------------------------------------------------------

    Additional Tools

Since I have mentioned that CGA supports more then a few emulators, I'll post the emulators that it supports. These are direct download links.

    ZSNES 1.42 [sNES]

    ZSNES 1.36 [sNES]

    ZSNES 1.337 [sNES]

    Virtual NES 0.97 [NES]

    Kega Fusion 3.51 [Genesis/SegaCD/Gamegear/Mastersystem]

    -------------------------------------------------------------------

    Additional Info

This is where you come if you are having some problems doing things. Like any other program in the world, they require you to forward ports for it to work. Here are the following ports required to work:

7845 UDP & TCP [To Play ZSNES & NES]

7157 TCP [To Download From Other Players]

    5394 UDP [KegaFusion]

  3. I've noticed that the ratings on this rom are WAY off. For example, Andy Mcdonald has only like 65 speed and Bertuzzi has around 80. Someone should really fix the ratings to make them more realistic.

*looks over at swos and mahavishnu*

  4. 1 slot open! Get it while it's hot!

Also, FYI, I have decided on a schedule structure:

    • 4 4-team divisions
    • Division rivals play one another 4 times
    • Conference rivals play one another 2 times
    • Each team plays every team from the other conference once (4 at home, 4 on road)

    And the rules:

    • Line Changes: Auto
    • Penalties: On, No Offsides
    • 2 points for a win, 1 for an overtime or shootout loss, and 0 for a regulation loss
    • 5 minute periods
    • Playoffs are best of 7

  5. My controller works in Fusion, and I read in places it is better than Gens for online play. You using the gens emulator exclusively?

Most people prefer Gens, so we will probably use that exclusively. If Fusion has a Kaillera client for online play, you'll be fine.
