I got TM up and running. I can't find 9bpp linear as an option. Did you mean 8 bpp linear. Anyway I can't make out anything. Thanks for your help so far. A month ago I could not have imagined doing this. I will go back and watch the videos and read if you can help in any other way I would appreciate it.

Well I have almost completed my Old time Hockey Rom thanks to this site and especially smoz and slapshot. I used NOSE to do everything it does and Hex Editor to edit the Ron Barr text. I have the 16 teams from 1973, plus 55 Detroit, 56 Montreal, 61 Chicago, 63 Toronto, 80 USA, 80 USSR, Charlestown Chiefs, Syracuse Bulldogs, Old Time All-Stars, and 93 All-Stars. What I can't figure out is the banners and Tile Layer Pro. Can anyone help me with finding them and changing/editing them? Thanks

First I just want to thank you guys for this site and the helpful quick answers I have gotten for each of my questions. I am not a tech savvy guy but I am now successfully making roms with NOSE. I am completely lost on the other stuff. The only thing I really want to be able to do that NOSE doesn't do is change the Banners I don't even need to edit them. I just want to change say Buffalo to Boston. I am using NHLPA 93 and I am making an Original 6 rom. 40's, 50's, 60's, 70's. So the 24 teams will be 4 of each of the Original 6. I have the names changed but the Banners are bugging me. Is there an easy fix just to change out say Buffalo, Calgary and Hartford and Edmonton all to Boston and so forth with each of the original 6? Thanks!

Thank you so much this is awesome! I have been editing every night. NOSE is awesome. I have made an NHLPA 1983 game and an NHLPA 1973 game. The 83 game works perfectly. I subbed in the USA 80 and USSR 80 and my Beer League team for the 3 missing teams and I made playoff match-ups where you can play each team in your division. THE PROBLEM I am having is with the 73 game. I made Calgary into Atlanta and Hartford into California. I didn't mess with the other teams. I radically altered the Playoff match-ups but I did give every team a game even the ones I am not using. On the Playoff match-up screens at certain match-ups the ROM freezes. On others it works fine and you can start. WHY? Thanks in advance for any help. And Puckhead I used the ROM you have posted on the 93 site as my starting point.

I have been editing Tecmo Super Bowl ROMS using Tecmo Tool. All it does is change names, numbers, player skin color and ratings. but all you have to do is type no computer codes to input or understand. You just load a ROM and go. Is there anything like that for NHLPA 93? Oh and Tecmo Tool will also alter the schedule so i guess it would be nice to change what Ron Barr says in 93 and the playoff match-ups.

We have an NHLPA 93 League. My questions are: 1. Why does the game go crazy fast at times? 2. This often only happens on one end of the connection ie one guy has crazy fast and the other notices nothing. Why? 3. How can we prevent this.

I am looking for the Minnesota Banner to download. I found all the others on the download section but only has Dallas no Minnesota. If someone has this I would love to get it.

I am still having trouble saving my playoffs on all the 93 roms (original and hacks). I am talking about saving them after you close the rom and then coming back later and opening it. I downloaded the emulator from the 93 site and got the original game there. Everything else works perfectly. 94 roms original and all of slapshots save playoffs. I can close the rom and come back and pick up where I left off. How can I do this in 93. Someone said something about Save State...but I can't figure out what to do or where it is saving it. Any help would be appreciated.

Do the roms of nhlpa 93 and nhl 94 not save your playoffs? I have played numerous different ones (both originals and hacks) downloaded from this site and others and all have some issue with saving the playoffs. I am playing on a Mac and using the emulator called Generator. Thanks for any help.

I have seen slapshot 67's sight and am looking forward to his games from the 70's and 80's. In the mean time can anyone direct me to currently available versions besides the 1983 one listed on this site. Thanks.

Your Roms are incredible. Thank you so much for doing them. I can't wait to fight with Dave Schultz and many others from the 70's and 80's. Keep up the good work. Also we play on Mac computers. Is there any way to play any of you guys without running Windows? Is there anybody else out there on a Mac?

Any idea when the 93 game will get the 70 and 80's done? I loved the 94 but we play 93 in our league as we love the fighting. The web-site is great.
