  1. Putting a list together of Scoring Moves for players that are starting up again and may not remember from 20 years ago :)

#1 Cut Across AKA Cheater Move -Master this Move and you have a punchers chance of beating anyone

#2 One Timer - The Classy Move - Great add on to the Cut Across Move when player defends cut across pass to Center for One Timer Goal
#3 Triple Deke - This one got nerfed from '93/'94  You got to get in really close to make it work

#4 Pass Shot AKA "Down B" "Bastard Goal" - Make sure no teammates are in front of you as it may pass to them instead.

As I've gotten more involved on AIM and in leagues I have had some interesting discussions with guys.
And listened in on many others.
It makes me wonder what you guys do all day.

So tell me what you do besides play NHL 94.
    I'll go first.

All images and videos are me and my dogs.

Wow! that looks beautiful.  Lucky guy to live where you are!    In MN I used to Skijor with my Dog since we have no Mt's (xcross country ski and have the dog pull you)  your way looks a lot more fun!

To answer you question if I am not chasing my girls around (3 of them under 6 yrs old)  I'm either going to weekly curling league or feeding my birds.   Yes, you didn't think I could get dorkier but I raise homing pigeons and have some chickens too (used to have geese/turkey but they started biting the kids)  Even have a facebook site about the pigeons with 4,000 followers but most followers are from the Philippines for some reason :)  https://www.facebook.com/RacingHomerPigeons/

  3. Yeah I was having issues with the sound.  What ends up happening is I get a high pitch screech over the whole thing.  So I just took out sound for feed.  Need to troubleshoot this not on gameday, too many drunks to herd and run feed at same time.  May need to pick your brain on the sound stuff another day.

You can still watch the past broadcast and see chair throws mixed in the last few hours of the feed.  Poor guy busted his hand at some point.  Most of it was all in fun....I think  https://www.twitch.tv/videos/121840217

Also picked up a lot on ebay with 6 NHL 94 carts so Segathon has the capability to do 94, although I think the board of Segathon Governors may not sanction that event :)

  4. Thanks!

Nate not being able to play created a power vacuum like when a big South American Drug Lord goes to Prison, and all the small time crooks try to get the power!  I hadn't had a good run lately so I think people underestimated me and getting a top seed helped as well.

Yeah "Chair guy" as he was called on the feed, was on a whole other planet,  might need to it have Segathon at a bar next time so we have professional bouncers :)  Kinda glad the sound didn't work as I'm sure some parts of audio were not PG-13

    On closer examination.

That side art is actually from NHL 95 and it looks like the game is actually the Sega CD Version.

Not that it takes away from the awesomeness of this project.

Segathon.  I've been playing 95 a bit and having lots of fun with season mode with a rebuilt Oilers team.

Maybe I will make a Segathon someday.

I knew there was a reason I loved it so much.  The White does look clean!  And the NHL 94 colors on the joysticks look better than what a 95 pixel would show.  Great mashup.

Segathon is Feb 11 at a Buds house in Minneapolis.  You are always welcome to come!

There is still dreams of doing a Vegas Segathon someday as well.  Actually we have a couple other guys from Vegas that has reached out as well about segathon via the twitter machine.
