Sorry for being a bit late with this guys. Final 44 game deadline for Blitz B is this Sunday. DNPs will have an impact on playoff seedings. Chaos is 16 games short right now so may not make it despite decent form. Labs is 7 games back with Fitzo still to play 6 & Jer 5. Minpind has 4 to go which would cost him playoff positions. Lets see if we cant get a 100% season in guys

GDL where all skill levels are in together would quite clearly be more competitive & therefore better with a non snaking draft. Blitz with 2 leagues is better with snaking so as to avoid stacking. Just depends if a top player is happy to have a weaker team & have more of a chance of losing to lesser players in GDL really

I dont do them but basically u'll have points added for missing the deadline which could move you down the draft order. U missed by just 1 game I think so it will be minimal but someone like Chaos who is 15 games off will be hit harder. I think im right with all that? There is a link somewhere outlining exactly how it works

LOL. I was gonna post a cynical prediction of this very event,& then he went & did it! 1. You could easily make playoffs. With all the promotions from B There are now a number of guys at your level there 2. How many B leagues u gotta win b4 u can handle losing in the A league? There used to b a time when there was a prestige to playing A league rather dropping down to beat up on people like you apparently dont like when it happens to you

The 35 game deadline has passed & we are now into the last 2 weeks of the regular season. Minpind, Fitzo, Chaos & Labs all failed to make the deadline & incur Blitz 10 draft penalties. Donnybrook, Minpind & Fitzo can all theoretically still take the number 1 spot from Probob if they continue racking up the wins, but they're running out of time now to complete their seasons. After J&J picked up just 1 point from his 4 games with Min he's now struggling to make the playoffs. Skeletor's late flurry of wins seems to put him in pole position for that last spot. With Chaos way back on 20 games played it's hard to see him being online enough in these last 2 weeks to make a challenge but who knows. Last couple of weeks to get finished up guys!

X is the player that comes in when a penalty is called to give you an extra man until the play finishes

Cut players have been sent down to the minors. Play your test games & if you think you want to change your roster just let me know. Final rosters will be confirmed in December. I have set lines for each team. Check what ive given you & post in this thread your final lines. You should indicate as follows: Sc1: LW: C: RW: LD: RD: G: X: Sc2: LW: C: RW: LD: RD: G: X: Your Sc2 line is basically to indicate who should come into a position in the event of an injury or penalty. You can indicate the same player for more than one position on the Sc2 line. For example you can have the same Dman in both slots, so whoever goes out gets replaced by your 3rd best dman 1st. Haha. I feel sorry for the Fins ;-) Seriously, thats awesome that 95 lives on there & that u guys have a live tournament. Thats what this community needs. You definitely need to switch to 94 tho. Much better game ;-)

Im not having this. Nhl95 was an absolute pig of a game. A slow running 94 was still 1000 times better than the mess that was 95. All the skating dynamics & "feel" of weight on ice was lost. Was like a 6 on 6 air hockey game! Add to that the ridiculous speed & the EA series was ruined forever. I played 1 game of 95 & then actually stopped playing EA hockey games until I found this community

Using the 2nd option you can actually keep all your tier 1, 2 & 3 players. I'm guessing you'd wanna do that? Just need to decide which tier 4s you wanna cut

Looks good. Plabax pointed out that I left out Joe Juneau. Don't know if that affects your selections, but he's there now
