Nice! I like how the banners overlay the faceoff. Postulate'n here it appears like these were either masked or the strips were selected and converted into vector layers - being current uniforms they aren't congruent with the traditional sprite palette.. Though I've never really worked with the snes uniforms.

I created a plethora of avatars etc in the NHL '94 animated sprites topic. Which reminds me to make some ones with current unis.
