statto
First, thank you to everyone who participated in the regular season and for making this league successful when all the odds were against it at the start of the year (late start, under new management, etc etc). Now, let's have a great playoffs. RULES + Series are seven games long, or first to four wins advances. + Series must be either completed or scheduled to be completed by June 1. + If you have not finished your series by June 1, and you want to advance to the next round, you must either post on the forums providing proof that 1) the other player was unavailable; 2) due to time restrictions, you have scheduled to play your games on the forums sometime reasonably soon (a week) after June 1. + Series which are not complete and have shown no motivation to be finished by either of the players in the series will be considered a double forfeit. The second round will be reseeded as necessary and may include byes to the final. + I would highly recommend using the "Schedule A Game" portion of the message board to schedule your playoff series as this provides me concrete proof you legitimately tried to schedule and play your playoff series. But again, it's easier if you just. play. your. games. + Higher seed gets option of home ice advantage. + Try to play your games in a 2-2-1-1-1 format, if possible. + Continue to post results in the results subforum. + SNES players should disregard the prior post - I have decided to qualify everyone eligible for the playoffs and see where it goes from there. I apologize to shaftman, who gets a first round bye. sarcdoc23
Just curious. What is the GENS D plan? 3 1st round series - 3 teams in second round - some sort of round robin? a wild card spot for someone eliminated in 1st round?

Either you play IQ25Boogiers for the finals (if Boston/St Louis isn't played) or you get a bye to the final. I wanted everyone to play in the first round.
