I think this whole trading discussion is pretty lame. Dmitri brought up the best point about having to face a JR type like guy more times than he has to. And a 2 week break for mid season trades??? That's crazy. We have enough issues keeping people going to play their games. You think the trading period is going to help things? I really don't get it... it's 56 games, not that big of a deal. Just let it be a lesson to all... don't be a Hokkee, drinking and trading isn't the key

There should be an unwritten rule (or maybe we should make it official)... that is, if we're on Game Day ##, if you haven't played at least half the number of what game day it is, (and you haven't notified the Draft forum for a reason why you haven't played), then that coach should be up for replacement. I think that's more than fair.

Let me just jump in on this as well. Gr81 is good about playing games and if he can't, he'll try to let you know when he is available. Sometimes he doesn't respond or it takes him awhile b/c he might not be in front of his cpu but don't think he's trying to avoid you.
