Setting the record straight

Don't listen to silly rumors..

I take blitz seriously.

I hope to one day win the A.

I'm not throwing games.

I'm not happy with the lack luster start either.

Actually I'm kinda pissed about it..

Some ask me "how the hell did you lose 2 to iq25"

Well to this I answer....he got better?

people do improve.

Let me tell you something.

The one man team Lemieux every one hails is a noob cannon.

He can blasts shots from the point into the net.

I drafted him for exactly for that.

I suck at gens..And when I discovered you can just riffle shots passed the goalies I made it my style of play.

I can't deke out the goalies and do all the fancy stuff like FPB and others..

I started to improve on it...but then I played SNES classic...threw everything off.

I personally can not be good at both SNES and GENS at the same time.

The physics of the game are too different for me.

AJ has mastered it like no one else I've ever played.

You will not catch me playing in a snes league and gens league simultaneously.

I blame this for my early exit of snes playoffs.

anyways...

Now after 2 seasons of lemieux domination...my guess is people have learned. (why shouldnt they?)

I can't get those shots off with Lemieux with ease like I did before.

every ones defensive game is better.

So...this is my explanation.

Throwing GDL games for the 1st pick...sure.

throwing blitz games to stay in B? Not a chance in hell.

GL to everyone in their season.

Idk, i had close to 30 victories in both consoles. And almost won simaltenous cups.

I guess i have a pretty wide toolbox too.

But yeah. Some guys get better, some just get stuck. Hope the first one is right.

Lol what? Rumour had it I was throwing games to stay in B..

And from what Shaftman told me, Smoz told him that he couldn't get into the A league despite winning the B league due to last season's track record.

It's apparent that winning the league isn't enough to graduate to A, it seems.

you need to show some consistent dominance of B to move up. In seasons 1 and 2, the teams that moved up were 1st and 2nd in the regular season and also made it to the finals.

gihtarman season 2: 6th regular season, 0.545, lost in 2nd round of playoffs

gihtarman season 3: 6th regular season, 0.528, won finals against 3rd seed

I'll see how things go for the rest of the season. I don't want to move someone up and then have them not be able to compete at the next level.

Well, just bringing it up since some of the guys are teasing/accusing Shaftman of being a total tank.
