dman72
...what did my eyes just see? I just took never-used-for-the-last 15 years KJELL SAMUELSSON and skated up the ice from my own goal line (it seemed to take an eternity) against all-stars west and scored on a forehand deke!! Former weight-bug queens Bure and Roenick bounce off the big man, finally all is right with the world. You little queens want to try maybe poke checking? I'm setting up my online connection when I get home, who wants to play??
HABS
lol its definitely amazing, lots more depth in the game. Shows what the game should have been in reality, not a bunch of weight whore rats dominating.

Just try to drive to the net with Ronning. LOL. Although I have to admit, I'll have to juggle my Rangers lineup around a bit....Gartner might still be first line, but Turcotte and Amonte might be 3rd liners!! HABS
messier is absolute beast I think tiikanen is pretty good too, and james patrick on D.
dman72
Messier is useful even in the original game, now he's crushing people. The original Genesis manual said something about the "body flipping checks of Essa Tikkanen"..now they really are. Sadly, weight bitches Gartner Turcotte, Amonte and Leetch are dethroned from Superman status they never deserved, and Zubov goes from mildly useful to almost useless. It's like a whole new strategy angle is added to the game. And...maybe..Jeff Beukeboom gets off the pine!!

Are the any videos of the league games on youtube? I'd love to get involved but not sure if I can make a time commitment.

I'd love to get involved but not sure if I can make a time commitment. Check the bottom of this page for the little youtube icons next to game scores: http://www.blitz94.com/playoffs.asp?lg=1&season=4 The finals are usually video-ized. Here's the thread if you want to keep up on the next videos in the "B" league finals (as I'm still converting the videos to put on youtube): http://forum.nhl94.com/index.php?showtopic=11672 There was a problem with the "A" league videos this season, so we didn't get any, but last year's great series is here: http://www.blitz94.com/playoffs.asp?season=3&lg=0 Edited April 15, 2010 by smozoma
