  1. West coast is always going to be tough. When the tournament was in Vegas, my employer tempted me by having our annual conference in Palm Springs - but still couldn't commit to the travel. This year, Vancouver - and wouldn't you know it, the annual conference is being held in Vancouver Oct 22--25. Amazing.
  2. I got the Gens and the NES HD versions from these guys yesterday. The Gens one looks very good and sounds very good, not quite as good as a CRT, but very close. The lag however is noticeable and unacceptable to me. Keep your CRT and Original equipment!
  3. 1 point
I tried the Framemeister. Then resold it on ebay. I tried the new Mini Gens HD from Gamerz Tec. Keep your CRT and Original Gens, there really is nothing comparable! Original Equipment is far and away the best! The next best thing is playing on Kega Fusion and then playing on Gens!
  4. Thanks for the rules link guys. 5 min games. No offsides. No line changes. These are what dreams are made of! I love it! Cheers
  5. It was called Windows 10 because 7 8 9.
  6. Look for the tool called "NOSE" on these forums. It makes editing rosters and team colours and names super simple (really amazing program). Then you could ask if someone would update the slash screen and team logos for you, since that is trickier.
  7. Clint Malarchuk is the goalie who's neck was cut open by a skate in 1989. Since then he's had bad PTSD. (warning: main photo has some blood) https://www.theplayerstribune.com/en-us/articles/clint-malarchuk-bleeding-out (whoops, I thought he was in 94, but actually he retired after the 91-92 season)
