Hey hockey video game fans, Before there was NHL '94, there was Blades of Steel. I always loved the artwork on the cover of the box, so I tracked down the artist (who coincidentally lives in my hometown) and interviewed him. Good point. I know in the tomczak bowl, they roll a dice that determines the tier selected.

Here is my analysis of KO94 1, tiers matter in so much that people don't stray too far. All of this is based on "average" players.
