I picked up the retrolink one about a year ago as they were going for like $15 at the time, a great deal. Didn't know they'd sell out so quick! Both work great, would recommend either one. I personally use the logitech dual action (http://www.walmart.com/ip/Logitech-Dual-Action-Game-Pad-PC/3504720) for years ( i have gone through 2) and they work great.
