i don't think that calling a guy out is going to help if he's made his mind up that he's not going to play anymore. he hasn't played in almost a month, this isn't going to make him feel accountable.

i wasn't being sarcastic. i was completely serious. it's great to be enthusiastic about the league, but all of this complaining, which is coming up in almost every thread is getting tiresome. it will be taken care of by halifax or chaos. it's not like they don't pay attention to who's playing games and who's not.

i think you really need to relax a bit.

had no idea the hats had been found by anyone, thought they might be too small to find...i can see how switching the crowd tiles in the rink palette to the home or visitor palette would work, but how do you do it? i'm assuming in hex workshop, but once you get there, how can you do it? like i said earlier, i suck at hexing.

there's not much of a problem with the online leagues. they've been going for a long time now and if they were so bad, they wouldn't be going on anymore. or not. i was raised in a bad neighborhood, but that doesn't mean i think making fun of peoples' ethnicities or nationalities is okay. was that really necessary? what i take from this, is that you have barely been back a month and you're trying to rally for a guy you don't know. i have no problem with the mods' decision to ban wags. there's too much bull around here and it ruins the '94 experience just as much as doing away with an active player who "stirs the pot" way too often.

editing the crowd sprites wouldn't be difficult, but as far as changing the fans clothes to match the teams' uniforms would require a lot of palette changing, which would be complicated, if not impossible. at least that's what i would imagine.

can guarantee there's no way to edit what the throw in different locations. good luck even finding the hat to edit. i would guess there would be a way to do the crowd colors, but would take a really good hexer to figure it out. i'm not that guy.

why? i was just saying that anybody has the option to leave whenever they want if they don't like what's going on. i am also pointing out that he shouldn't tell people to leave if they don't like playing against his poor connection.

i'll admit that i used 'tacoman' a time or two, but definitely don't think it's any different from wags calling all the french guys 'frogs'.. i'm not in favor of slurs directed toward any ethnicity, however i don't see the problem with any jokes that guys are making around here. you leave yourself wide open to them. if you want to keep bitching about how guys are treating you, there's the proverbial door. no one's stopping you from leaving, afterall.

I have had issues playing RWD since I started playing leagues. I've talked to him about it a million times and have expressed to him how much I hate playing him due to our horsesh*t connection. It's really annoying.

what does blitz have to do with gdl? anyway, blitz is done, so this is even more irrelevant.

i don't know what swos has going on with the db and if the league is ready to start on his end. as soon as the season is ready to begin, i'll upload a final rom.
