it's just a concept. they definitely don't have a uniform set for next year, especially since we don't even know if they're moving or not. btw, the uniform doesn't do it for me.

detroit was the only team that i can remember that was different, but the guys were all red, sticks were all red, and home uniforms looked funky. maybe you didn't do it, but someone did.

lol, VC screwed around with the uniforms before i got the rom. i noticed it before, but forgot to fix. it's fixed now.

yeah, i have gamecenter. it's pretty decent, although it's the third season i've bought it and i don't really use it as much as i should have.

Why is it a shame about fox? I always hated their broadcasts...

i was really hoping to see the nhl back on espn, but this seems like a great deal for the nhl. i'm pretty excited about the expansion of coverage and have a really good feeling about what this could do for the growth of hockey in the states.

i came to bsu for golf, but i did play club hockey.

lol at kupuck and fresno, home of the bullodgs... i grew up in duluth, minnesota...although people may hear about "minnesota nice", there was nothing like that growing up around me. i lived up the street from the detox clinic, which was basically a disaster, and across the street from a crack house that was burned to the ground three times in three years. i don't expect to "win" anything in this "competition," but i was f-ing scared every time i went outside w/out mom.

i voted 10. as much as some people seem to have a problem with the way things are run around here, i don't see how they could be much better.

i've played for 17+ years without talking trash to anyone. i don't see how it's a key component.

i think it's true for only a small amount of guys in the league. players like torres, cooke, etc. have no respect for their opponents. i still feel like 95% of NHLers have great respect for the rest and for the game. the problem is that it doesn't matter much, when the other 5% have no regard for human life, lol. i don't get how he can go unsuspended for that hit, either. kind of incredible.

i agree, mostly. i just wish everyone would stop saying gdl is dead. i'm in grad school (constantly looking for jobs and doing thesis work), vc is in school and i'm pretty sure swos is working and in (grad?) school, too. swos started working on the db and i've taken over scheduling duties. the rom is now 100% complete and we'll be ready to rock very soon. i understand that it's been frustrating, but patience is valued. aside from my position on gdl, i agree completely that we need to get back to the reason we're here.
