  1. I got to do this at the Prudential Center, playing against Ken Daneyko. Still one of the coolest things I've ever done! https://forum.nhl94.com/index.php?/topic/18277-kingraph-playing-nhl94-on-the-jumbotron/

  2. Thank you all for your continued input. Which is making my free time outside work difficult since these are all great projects and ideas. Just to be clear there is no peeking order here. When I complete them, I complete and post. Some have some requests that might have never been done, and will take some time do to finding the right information to mod. Keep providing your requests. They all will be fulfilled in some way or time. If you want to see your mods come along quicker, here is what I need directly from you. Images The breakdown of the league you want (Teams if there is a limit, since not all roms can be expanded right now) Some sort of roster breakdowns. Below are the ones Ive begun taking on, but will be completed. @Hope NCAA Live - Yes this will be one I will be completing. Just found all the logos and rosters and will be completing soon. @Sargon NBA Jam TE - Already in the works, found all the players, images, ratings and logos. Just need the time to put in. @jnc121978 @EmpireBowl @dunkle93NHL series (95/96/97/98) are time consuming projects, especially ones like OHL, WHL, QMJHL, World Cup. Unless, Im getting support from other members to help. I recently completed one for EIHL with @MonkeyHead @LaTormenta where they provided the rosters, ratings, jersey kits, images and I did the editing. We worked well. That is what I need for the other leagues. Since, there isnt much members who have expanded outside 94. 95 is starting to get love thanks to @smozoma @kingraph @Asher413 @Sauce @Jkline3 and others who have helped me progress. But the other years 96/97/98 will be needing some time to dive into each one. @DeterminedApathy @dunkle93 XFL/CFL/WFL rom - This is on my radar as there are alot of football games, but not many that can allow modding easily. The one I determined is NFL Primetime since Ive already modded all the logos, jerseys and the rosters are easier to do since it was the very first mod attempt I tried over 10 years ago. @Tabs3121 NFL Blitz PS1 - Sorry man, but this one is a back burner as of right now. But I will get to it. Just time is all I need to get others Ive started done first. @mack Triple Play Baseball - Sega -- Will have a 2021 roster update completed before opening day with the player stats as well If time permits. @dunkle93 World Series Baseball - Will be getting a NCAA mod. Ive already begun it. @Nabby202099 KHL 2010 - WIll be done, but not until I can complete a base rom for all the leagues I find are interesting to do for. I've completed a KHL 2021 rom that you can find it below and provide your input for the 2010 season. @Cutter The CHL rom can be done and if you can come up with the 30-34 teams you want (their year that you want represented). @HITTER42 Madden 98 - Im actually working with the editor creator for this mod to speed thing up. Hold tight and it will be completed. KHL _21 (95).bin

  3. This is a roster hack where I've placed the best early 90's NHL players in their most fondly remembered early 90's teams. I've mostly based the rosters on the '92 to '96 era. The golden age of NHL games on the SNES. It isn't a perfect science but every player is on only one team, no duplicates, and 100% of players have their proper jersey numbers, with no duplicates there either. Every player rating has been meticulously arranged to reflect player abilities as I remember them. The accuracy is remarkable, folks. Hextall on the Flyers, Nedved on the Canucks, Gartner on the Capitals, LeClair on the Flyers, Amonte on the Blackhawks, Kariya on the Ducks, you get the point... The jerseys are pretty accurate (or as close as I could get them) and the player ratings have been boosted to improve gameplay. The better players are rated around 95-100 while second liners tend to be in the 85-90 overall range. This is the 90's hockey fan ideal rom. Plenty of hidden surprises if you delve deep into the rosters. It's a NHL '94 rom hack I made using statto's NHL '94 editing tool. So a big thanks to him for making that program many years ago. Enjoy! NHL '94-ish V.1.1.smc

  4. I found the whole thing pretty weird, as they were still playing on / looking at small monitors from the look of things. Cool idea though. A while back, a group of us in Manchester hired a virtual golf simulator booth for the afternoon and played (take a deep breath) FIFA on a huge screen. It was outstanding (and boozy). When the EIHL '94 ROM gets finished, I am thinking of organising something in the Storm Shelter's bar and using projectors and the like. Not the same as this but it could be quite fun.

  5. @MonkeyHead - Questions like this make you realise how beer league our precious EIHL is, eh?! Fancy the EIHL website not even having pictures of trophies etc. on it! @von Ozbourme - It's probably for the best you left the value off the card, as it'd probably be a fiver at best. Or, knowing some of the teams, the award would end up being some random gift from a sponsor, like a bloody great piece of sheet metal or a bouquet of fresh fish! At least it keeps things entertaining, as there is next to no corporate element involved.

  6. Just raising my hand, but I've actually road mapped and figured my way around most of the 96-98 engined games. Still a few holes to fill as far as code work goes, but I've gotten enough to go on to do complete graphical facelifts anyway. If you're interesting in diving into those I can save you some time by sharing my notes [just need to see about getting them into a format that doesn't use so much shorthand] and noting what I still need to figure out. [with which having a collaborator would help me out too]

  8. The EIHL champion is the team who tops the league standings at the end of the season. It is considered by teams and fans to be the bigger prize most worth winning and grants CHL access. Tacky trophy attached. The Playoff champion is the winner of the post season. Currently, the top 8 teams play an odd structure of rounds to determine this. First, a two legged quarter final where aggregate scores determine the winner. Then, the "finals weekend", where the 4 remaining teams play a single game semi final on Saturday, then a 3rd\4th playoff or grand final on Sunday. Its a decent spectacle and fun weekend away for fans. Considered a decent win for bragging rights, and 2nd best thing to win and has been used to grant CHL access and continental cup access. Trophy attached. The EIHL cup is currently the "challenge cup", and the format is as follows. Teams are drawn into 3 groups, and play each other in a round robin inside these groups. Group standings are used to generate 8 seedings. The quarter finals are formed by teams choosing their desired opponent, with top seeds getting first pick. Quarter and semi finals are two legged games, aggregate scores determine the winner. The final is a single game played at a neutral venue. Not really considered a big deal to win by anyone other than whoever wins it. Has been used to grant continental cup access. Cup attached - new, first awarded this year, replacing a cheap looking thing. The EIHL KO cup was a straight knockout cup competition. It hasn't been played since 2005 or 2006. The grand slam refers to a team winning the leauge, playoffs, and cup contest in the same season. It hss been done twice (Panthers in 2013, Blaze in 2005). No physical trophy. The Monteith bowl refers to the old and really nice trophy the regular season winners were awarded until 2018 when it was replaced by the tacky modern trophy. Attached is us winning it. Also attached are the best 3 images I could quickly find for the 3 conference trophies. The Erhardt and Gardiner trophies are the same (set up same year, 2012). Patton trophy is different as it is younger (set up in 2017). As for individual player trophies - I dont even know if they exist. Knowing the EIHL, at most they would give a medal, and an Amazon gift card.
