Devils are cold; Canes are hot. I don't see NJ winning that series. Both teams have experience.

Pens D has depth the whole way down the line. And I think all but two of their starting 12 forwards have at least 10 goals. Fluery's been a human wall. Malkin and Crosby centering the top two lines. The East is stronger this year, but the Pens are playing better than they were this time last year. They're more than capable of winning the cup this year, as they play a more attacking style and have more experience.

Penguins in six. People don't realize how hot the rest of the team is. Sure, we've got Cindy and Geno, but Kennedy and Staal have put together the most productive 3rd line in the NHL. We've got three lines that can score at will.

Yes, I think that this is the problem Red may be running into. I've played the rom many times, and because line changes are on, you can only hit c so many times before the player runs out of gas. For instance, whenever I play with the Pens, Stevens plows everyone over with no problem-- that is, until he's been on the ice for too long or I've hit C a few times with him. This is an adjustment that we'll have to get used to. If you're used to 94, you're used to jamming the C button in the whole way down the ice. Line changes may actually make the game more realistic, as players can't fly coast to coast for an entire period.

Everyone's going green now days. Why isn't nhl94 cashing in on this? Let's face it: playing 94 leaves a carbon footprint. I know that some of the guys on here don't care about the environment, but, luckily for all of us, playing 94 can be good to the environment while being fun at the same time. Ways that 94 players can go green: - When you play 94, run your computer off of burger grease. It's better for the environment than plugging your computer into the wall. - Power Kaillera Client using solar energy. It's not that hard. - Reuse the paper that you keep scores on. I.e. write the first scores in pencil, then the next scores in marker over the ones in pencil. Double the scores on paper saves trees. - When you're not playing 94, plant a tree. This will get you good exercise and make you feel like you are a part of the community. Remember: Doing what's right doesn't have to be boring; it can make you feel good. - Turn your monitor off between periods. You may not realize it, but your monitor uses energy. - Do your laundry with vodka. Believe it or not, a few touched of vodka will freshen up your clothes.

I can't edit, but I think I've come up with a cool idea. Maybe someone else will make it. Star Wars rom. Objective: Shoot the most missiles into the opponents' hole-- like the hole Luke shot the laser into to destroy the Death star. The ice= Surface of the Death Star. The players= Planes from Star Wars. One team could be tie fighters and the other could be x-wings. The puck= missile or laser. i.e. you pass the missile around and try to shoot into the other team's hole. The goalies= moving shields, to protect the hole. The nets= holes in the Death Star-- like the one Luke shot the laser in to blow the damn thing up. I think it'd be really cool and would bring in Star Wars fans to the site.

I find I'm so excited about the 91 season that I can barely sit still or hold a thought in my head. I think it is the excitement only a free man can feel, a free man at the start of a long season whose conclusion is uncertain. I hope I can make it to .500 I hope to see my team win, and shake their hands. I hope the ice is as blue as it has been in my dreams. I hope.

I recently played a league match against a guy (who will remain nameless, as I don't want to make his away games tougher-- fans will chant 'cheater' at the away games, throw pipes on the ice, etc.) and he admitted to using a performance enhancer before the game. The performance enhancing drug at hand contained a chemical known as THC, which is known to make you become more absorbed in the game, make the colors on the ice look intensified, and make it easy to shrug off a goal against. It is also known to make you hungry and want to listen to your old Pink Floyd albums, as well as make you rebel against authority. All I have to say about the matter is that I don't bust my balls practicing every day to have some chump shoot-up with THC before the game. I don't find it fair to those of us who play the game the right way, using only our natural abilities. I propose that we make players take a drug test before every game. Failure to do so or a positive test will result in the game being forfeited. NHL94 members, please act now before this problem gets out of hand. Fans of 94 want to see players who play an honest game, like the players of old did. I am afraid that if this problem continues, we could alienate our fans, resulting in the demise of NHL94. * No... performance is wrong in the title.
