No, these will be updated rosters of IIHF teams. The weight bug fix will be in effect, so it's not an issue. This is strictly an example and does not necessarily reflect the actual number of ratings points that will be given. In this case, 49 points is actually the mean score for players on the team if every attribute for the player were rated 3.5. Like I mentioned, these are not necessarily the numbers we will be using. This is just an interest thread, and I'm trying to explain how it will work. I hope this clears up any questions!

you will get a certain number of points for your team, i have no idea what that will be (VC is gonna work it out). You can put however many points you want toward any attribute... You could have one guy w/6s across the board, but then you will lack depth, you kinda get what I'm saying?

Hey guys, with a great season of classic winding down, a few of us have been looking for other leagues to start up. I propose this: International Ice Hockey Federation League 8, 16, or 24 teams. Each team will play in a pool of 4 teams, where they will play each of the other 3 teams a certain amount of times, say 4 each. Then they will play 12 games against teams from other divisions as a part of their regular season schedule. From there the winner of each pool as well as the next best half of competitors (all depends on how many pools) will advance to the playoffs, which would consist of 7-game series'. So aside from the IIHF aspect of it, there's another very cool reason this league is so unique. Each coach is given a certain amount of ratings points, with which to distribute to each players' attributes however they would like. You can go with a blitzkrieg offense or a berlin wall defense, or somewhere in between. Thanks to VC for the idea, who will be assisting me with running this league. There are a LOT of threads on hacking. It takes time, but if you're willing to read closely and put some time into it, you should be able to learn.

I actually played a game w/the Ducks today. It might have been the first time I ever used them in a game w/10 min periods, man. changes, and penalties & offsides on. Clockwise is right...bunch of band-aids.

Dude, is this new topic necessary? He just took the team over, obviously he's caught up. Chill. He'll be on when he's on...If he's not before the next deadline, it will clearly be dealt with, as it has with numerous other coaches this season. BTW that deadline is still 10 days away.

Devon's a buddy and he's got solid connection. We played 4 games already today and he's good to go, as far as our games went anyway. Maybe someone further away could test with him, I guess.

I tried to get you to pick up where we left off at 4-1. I finally decided it was fine because you kept arguing that it would be "easier" and because I'm generally a pushover. I just like things to go smoothly. You knew that I didn't want to, but I did, so whatever. I accepted my own bad decision and logged the game, I obviously didn't care too much to change it. It was just after I heard about all these different problems you had with FIVE other opponents that I chimed in. I don't care if anything gets done about my game, but if your alleged computer problems are so bad, maybe you should get it fixed and not play leagues until it is. I don't want to get in a fight or anything, I just get fired up when crap like this happens. That's it, no more from me.

Since you wouldn't respond in AIM, I guess I'll post what I have to say here. Maybe your computer crashed and you didn't get my IMs. But you can read it here whenever. The biggest problem with this whole scenario is that crashing of your computer would usually result in your immediate disconnection from Kaillera and AIM. I know that when my computer crashes, people can't talk to me. It's the fishy "disconnections," "power outages," and "crashes" that make it so hard to believe you, especially when you've insisted that everybody restart from scratch so you have a chance to win. You should take responsibility for your actions, not because of the "mob" mentality, which you've brought on yourself, but because you should have some respect for the mods, your opponents, and yourself.
